KFC never disappoints your expectations from them. Just Excellent Chicken quality. Taste is just heavenly. Its not suitable for lunch or dinner. Best for snacks. The behaviour of the staff is polite. They serve the food within 5-10 minutes.

One of the worst branch there can be. I ordered a mingle bucket and asked them to pack it as I would take it home. At home when I checked, 2 items were missing. I called them and they didnt even response.

Don’t know how to prepare zinger burger, I ask for a combo meal and the staff charged me a extra money saying it’s for dips..... but don’t know what dips when there was nothing in our service tray except burger, fries n sprite. Fries was totally white in colour n when ask for an mayonnaise sauce packet, they answer me it’s chargeable. I have been eating in kfc from long Tym not only in India but also around the world, just forget the world you can see the difference between rangoli mall kfc and howrah station kfc. They both are of same company but don’t know why they had done like this. I hate the the burger they served me and the fries was really sick to see. Please improve it or else may be from next time I won’t visit anymore kfc in India and also I’ll inform to my friends circle.
