Social distancing highly maintained and sanitiser being provided at gate...as per their present policy, you have make your own bill through decathlon app...they will guide you...I like this concept...because it is a part of social distancingNow about the shop- very nicely maintained and one required at least 2 to 3 hrs to fully explore the shop. Whether you are sport enthusiastic or not I think you will like this shop..many things u will find here which is a day to day requirements...presently trail of any item is not allowed due to current COVID situation..today I have purchased two size 5 football after discount 299 rs each and one UV protection sunglass of 499 rs . Very good shop. Heard lot of times about the store. Finally tried and got really amazed to see their collections. You will get almost anything for sports to trekking. Though when I visited, their trekking shoe stock was almost exhausted, still I happy. Store boys and girls are really friendly. The best thing is its an one window solution for all your sports gear requirements. Very spacious channels in between the racks will let you try your new gear for some times to check for fitting and comfort.

I must say every sports personal should visit this place...An one time visit will change your thoughts about Decathlon & you will stated loving it.As I am a Biker & Hiker also a new online customer of Decathlon, I decided to visit the store just to look how can they selling all those items in reasonable price.After my visit now I am in complete satisfied, and amazed. A great sports shop with good branded products at reasonable price worth spending on. Only reason I give it one star less is because there should be a cafeteria/sitting area where people can rest. As it is situated far from city,people generally travel from far consuming lot of time altogether, a place to sit and have snacks is important. It will be good if concerned authorities think about this.

The quality and quantity is worth mentioning and the support staff was well responsive and cooperating. A great place for sports persons and sports enthusiasts. All the sport you can imagine you will get the materials of.Nice big store with everything available. Outside the store big parking space available. Basketball court is there in the outside. The only constraint is the store located at very odd place, very far from the Kolkata/Howrah city. Otherwise all good, I am impressed. You can take NH6 and go near Uluberia it will be on your right just beside the road or take a train from Howrah and get down to Bauria and take a auto.

They requested me to pay through their mobile app. I downloaded the app, scan my products and pay through debit card by using the app. It was easy for me, there also UPI and NetBanking option were available in the app. The staff there helped me as well to pay the bill. They were maintaining no contact purchase.The place is just a heaven for any sports-person, Its a huge complex loaded with a huge range of sports related product. I was just amazed.
