Im Arun, My Apache vehicle service today. Worst vehicle service. They want only money, not customers satisfication. No response from Service employees.

Worst showroom i ever seen before. I took my Apache rtr 160 4v bs6 in this showroom.. In day 1 to till now i am facing lot of issues in this showroom.. They didnt giving proper response to customers.. The way use handling bikes & scootys are very worst... I raised a complaint on issues in Twitter to TVS motor company. I complete my 3rd free service in this showroom. I informed to service manager and explain the issues to him after the service nothing will be changed. The worst worst showroom.. Dont delever ur bike in this showroom... The mechanics are useless... They want proper training. So please dont purchase ur bike in this show room. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Here all kinds of services done and we can buy a new tvs vehicles, they also providing loan providing experts, registration also done by the showroom itself.Genuine parts are available here.wheel alignment and other engine related query all corrected and customer approach is really good and express service is done here and delivery of vehicle is within a day

One of the worst service experience I have ever had. They kept my bike for over 2 weeks in showroom and gave it to me without resolving any issue. Went again and again and after 3 months they told problem cannot be solved. You have to change the whole silencer set . Been over two months since they placed order for an abs sensor which has still not arrived. In short they fix nothing but are ready to replace everything. Screw this place.

No proper response for problem in bike after service. I asked the person in service the problem in bike , they told no mechanic available come tomorrow and they did twice. But why are they keeping service opened if mechanic not available and many persons where there in service. They are not ready to hear the problem atall. And to pay the bill they made me to wait for such a long time. No proper planning. Please go to vs showroom in highway, because they rectified it on same day with proper care and they treated good.

Tvs two wheeler,three wheeler auto manufacturing plant and testing.international standard company.very good infrastructure and good higene canteen.car and bike parking available in opposite to company.seperate parking for Tvs company vehicle and other company vehicle.only higher official vehicle allowed inside company.authroised persons only allowed inside company with ID card.very strict rules

Price slight high compare to velan TVS, respond not good in railway station road tvs show room, full amount payers only giving priority to show the vehicles. Not happy to buy VS Agency

If you are looking for an expensive way to break your vehicle, the perfect spot. On a serious note had to take my vehicle thrice to get it serviced once. It had new problems every single time. Finally it turned out worse after than when hadnt serviced my vehicle for 6 months.

I bought Apache RTR 160 4V here, at the time of purchase they are no one care and for service they taking more than 30 days even they are not ready to answer your call. If you are going to in general shift you will be regret why you left the bike for service.. They are least bother about customers.. very poor customer handling..Top level management have to take serious action ..

Remaining employees are not bothering customers request and even they are flexible with customer if you ask anything if you intrest but or go like their response...then card payment not accepted 2% charges they are saying I dont know what kind of this...so before you go to purchase, you withdrawal cash 5 days before...this kind of service spoil the TVS brand name also....am worried now how they response in future service with this dealer....

Fed up with the customer service calls regarding bike service. Everyday they call, Mam your bike is in due to service ,when you will bring your bike...when my bike is normal without any service due, this people eating my head everyday. If u have a plan to visit this showroom for a enquiry or to book a vehicle u itself have to move forward in this showroom coz they wont be anyone to recieve u and ask d reason y u headed there. For me it doesnt feel like a showroom just i went in and looked all around for the showroom staffs to enquire wat i actually need. Tvs can actually do a session for their dealers how to take care of their valuable customers. Mr.Saravanan is the world most extreme worst Person.Mr.Saravanan Service In charge is the worst person in the showroom. i gave the service for apache due to oil leakage. he told it will take 2 days time. After two days im visited to store and met saravanan. He said vehicle is ready for next 30 minutes. after 30 minutes he told it will take another 2 days of time.After 10 days again oil leakage happening, they just water wash andraised billing for spares. dont go to this service center. Please check google reviews, many of them give only 1 star review.Manager will not take the responsibility for service issues.

Before going to buy vehicle here, know the fact..you have to call multiple times, visit multiple times to get insurance..and you have to fight more and escalate to get your vehicle registration. And would you believe it..even for service you need to visit multiple times, they wont even respond you properly. I have never seen any worst dealers in my life..felt very bad for choosing TVS and this dealer..I have to give -5 Rating that Google doesnt allow

Please don’t go for service in this show room since they will convert customers for regular AMC and while serving inside few people will damage spares in customer bike and request to change it to new spares..it seems it’s for reaching their targets...it happens for me for 2times..so i suggest amc customers please get aware about actual service issue before going..my suggestion is better don’t go for AMC in this show room.

Worst service experience :I left my two wheeler vehicle for service at VS TVS agency , two days after I went to collect my vehicle. I paid the bill for service and when I took the vehicle, I noticed plastic handle part was broken. I asked the servicemen, who behaves in a irresponsible way and went to replace that part from an accident vehicle. I felt bad to replace my two wheeler handle with that accident vehicle handle. So , I asked for a new part, which had broken by the servicemen.I spoke to the Manager for the matter.The conversation ends in a quarrel and harsh words.Then I got the part replaced.

Very bad customer response. No punctuality in service. Very delayed service. No call or update on service status. Very worst time management.I had same experience from last year also. Thats why I have not preferred this service center for my scooty pep service eventhoeven I have valid AMC. They have called for the service. I told my concern. I want the bike by one day. They asked me to come by 8.30 AM and evening they can able to give. Next day morning I went by 8.30 AM. Nobody is there to put work card. After 9.30 AM one person came, I explained the exact problem and I told I need my scooty by evening 6.30 PM. He promised by 4.00 your scooty will be ready and he mentioned the same time in job card also. But by 6.00 PM I went to take my bike, it took 1 h to check the service status and finnally they told it is not ready. Nobody called me regarding the service status.Tomorrow before 12.00 it will be ready, will call you nobody called. Nextday up to 12 nobody called. I went by 12 and asked the status. They to not yet ready. I got irritation like anything asked you give back the bike, I will service outside. They told within 15 min it will be ready. But that also not happened.

Highly un professional delivery experience. Payment made 4 days back. On the date of delivery bike not ready worse staff dont know which bike is out for delivery among two red Apache RR 310. If you really have so much time and want to waste your time please visit this showroom.

Horrible showroom. Not even worth giving one star. Had booked the bike one month back and manufactured 15 days back but the dealer is not able to get it from the factory. All the employees working there are so irresponsible and takes customer for granted. Planning to get other brand bikes.

Like all others, these people take out some petrol from your vehicle. Its fine if we can get the service done at the roadside mechanics than preferring these people.

The worst showroom. One Monday I had visited the showroom around 2 p.m they said all staff have gone for lunch , when enquired with the security he said lunch time no one will be available, wait for half hour they will come. And another incident ...the mob n.o given by them in proforma Invoice, bill receipt , website, just dial are all temperorly disconnected that for what this n.o are displayed ... I think they are too lazy even to update their n.os and even in showroom no one is responding properly ....
