Good Planned layout with Internal wide roads and parks. Slightly remote in terms of connectivity to main road, however if roads are connected through Swarnabhoomi it will be good. Otherwise little delay in the project as it is a huge property more than 50 Acres. Noise and dust free gated community with strong residents involvement and culture.

Super Locality. Well Planned layout. A good buy. Promised common amenties are not provided even after 200 plots sold. STP yet to be operational. Overall compound not completed. No escalation mechanism. Customers issues / concerns are given poor attention. Getting Permanent EB connection to individual house is delayed even after occupation.

If you are buying a property, please save you trouble and look elsewhere. My neighbors are having horrible time getting their house completed. The quality of the work is pathetic, esp. plumbers. And they trouble you in all possible ways and wont let you do hire other plumbers either. Just keep asking for more and more money.

The layout which has HNDTA approval. Roads are wide, spacious and well maintained, little remote place when compared to the Hosur town. It is located behind the titan township layout. Climate is awesome here.

One of the cheap builder anyone can find. Worst quality construction and high quality cheater. False promises one of the best quality from this builder. Please do not invest anywhere SSDPL is. Its a complete wastage of money and lot of frustating thing with this company.They cannot provide the EB power connections, even 8 months after occupying the house. Construction of the house is also not exactly with measurements and that also takes 2 years to complete. No one really cares for ur problems, and can give any lame excuses. Please do not waste ur time and money.

Its a Residential area. Gated community, Security guard, park , good unity.. overall secured living to here.

Well Planned layout.Water is supplied once in three days.Negative Items:Promised common amenities (club house, swimming pool, etc..) are not provided even after 200 plots sold.Builder is not giving concrete deadline for the completion of common amenties.They are doing the amenties work less than snails speedSTP yet to be operational.Overall compound not completed.Suggestion:If you have time and energy to do construction by own then Purchase only plot
