Budget friendly and clean rooms. We enjoyed this place as this is full of greenery and ⛈ rains were added advantage to this beauty. Pathway were slippery a bit due to rain. Less food options but what ever was available tasted really good.

Its a beautiful resorts just outskirts of Hassan City. It is a very quiet and peaceful place for stay. They had a pool and few outdoor activities as well. Due to covid we couldnt use the pool, but definitely tried our hands on the rope activity available.They have a badminton court as well, which is very well maintained. Just make sure to carry your own Racquets as they dont provide any.They dont have their own restaurant, and provide food from outside if you require. However, There are a lot of good local restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the hotel.There is a lot of scope for improvement. But for the rate they were offering, the amenities seemed to be worth it.

A very nice resorts ...If we google it out there are reviews which are good and bad, so it was very confusing option and a decision to make but we did visit the resort. The property is also very good and the food is amazing!! We liked all the food that we ordered (especially egg manchurian)..Post covid all precautions have been taken and overall a good place

The rooms are very large, however everything seems dated. The tables in the dining area were not cleaned properly, there seems to be a lack of effective management. The staff did try and make our stay comfortable.

Pavanputra Clarks Inn resortWe had made online booking for two Cottage Rooms for 3 nights. When we reached they said that the cottages were occupied so they would upgrade us with charges for upgradation. On refusal for the extra payment, they said they would clean up the Cottage and give. Thought the cottages were occupied?!🤔 For this they made wait a good 2hours. When on arrival itself we had told them that we had a sick child and two senior citizens. This was inhuman and unprofessional.They cleaned the cottages and let us check in but the bed linens were not changed. There is no WiFi for rooms, no electricity backup, no shower in the bathroom, it is unpaved pathway to cottages, the front desk doesnt speak English or Hindi (only local language). Very disappointed.Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this resort.

Good and privacy place

Firstly the location of the resort which impressed us a lot. This was in a quite location with lot of Greenery and good and decent welcome at the reception. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were very kind with us and we never heard a No till our exit. Any time late night also the services were provided. outdoor facilities were at maintenance. Would recommend for all kind of stay.

Good vast property but not matched by service or care. Check-in at the counter was smooth and was told that room is ready but then we discovered that we had to ask and get everything from Water Bottle to Towels to Toiletries. The room is quite big but dimly lit by only two lights. TV was good and working but only one channel and discovered that remote was weak and battery container had been taped. Hot water available with a geyser in each room but the shower lever was not functioning. There is no intercom and you have to call room service/ reception by using their mobile numbers. It makes sense to stay here only if there is wedding in that hotel (the hotels own convention hall next door which is quite noisy), Otherwise the service can do with much more care towards customers

My question is, have you atleast provided the food you promised for RS.600 for all 150 of them?You have said that you have tried to fulfill each and everyone despite of having 213 members, after we had booked for 120 people. So you are saying you have feed 120 peoples food for 213 people and have charged us for 213 people??!! So according to you we have paid extra for 93 people? Is that what you mean???By the way we have seen your staff stealing food which we held to confront in person. Stayed in a weekend with friends.1) Rooms are spacious2) No issue with bathrooms . Hot water and cleanliness inside the room which we booked .3) Carromboard , snookers availableCons .1) Very poor quality food .Neither , Breakfast nor dinner is eatable . I will say , the hotel management to clearly work on the food hospitabilty .They need to hire a proper cook . Frankly food is a disaster .2) Swimming pool unusable , water is yellow, totally unclean . Very poor maintenance . Leftover food of ppl who eat at the side of swimming pool , has not been cleaned , with bones , bread and jam all lying in the pool area . ((If pool is not supposed to be used , then y advertised in booking agency ))3) Boating is available . Boat is okay . The pond which they have developed , they need to clear the debris . Again poor maintenance .4) Room service , will not say its bad , but a lot has to be improved .5) Other activities with rope are available , but seems its no more used . Again poor maintenance .Overall i will say , the resort is unsatisfactory , with the money we paid . I can understand the property is big but for a resort to run successfully , proper maintenance is required . This resort has a potential to become a successful , but the maintenance is screwed . If they address , some key issues , it will be value for the money .Requesting the agencies to check the services offered by the hotels and lodges in a timely manner . More than the money ,people come for these places for a relaxing time , and if that gets ruined, the idea of doing online booking , and trust on the booking agency will come to a big question mark . The property is very beautiful. Rooms are so spacious. I surely recommend it for group of mora then 4 people . 6 people can stay in a double bed room. Swimming pool was clean. The staff was polite and well behaving.The reason am rating it three are here.The stay was average since the service was not so good. The management claimed unavailability of staff for day I visited.The cottages little far from room. So make sure you all all things working room and things are placed properly. Every time you call them it takes a while staff to turn around.Food and kitchen staff dint find hygiene to me.But I would say You should this hotel since the there are limited resort options here.

Very bad hospitality. Aminities were also not. Up to the mark, very poor room service. We had an issue with booking of a room. We had to shift from one room to the other and we ended up paying for both.Try some other better resorts. Not worth the money.

Our experience was the worst here!We had a naming ceremony gathering for 150 people. The management was hopeless, service was clueless and the food was devoid of taste! Each plate costed 600rs, but the food was not even equal to 100rs. They had promised to provide unlimited food, but instead have told guests that they are providing limited food. They are cons.. We were a group of families, around 24 - 28 people, excluding kids.They charged Rs 3000 per head from us, for services that were not given.First of all, it is not a resort. It is as best a set of pathetic rooms with a dirty swimming pool. There is no cricket ground, pond is super filthy and dirty. Rooms were smelling of sweat.They had put 4 people in one room and were charging 12K for one night for such bad condition of living...There was no electricity, hair in the bath room, non functional TV, cob webs all over, jute dust in the dining room.We had to call the service people for all small things. This included mopping the floor., asking to get soap, cleaning the bathroom, getting adapter for set top box. Couldnt take all the pictures. The flow of the water was bad in the bathroom.The service people are untrained, gundas and have no idea what customer experience mean. Clarks inn is in the process of partnering with them, I sincerely hope they do not ruin their brand reputation too. They have put their name on the board.I had to personally change 2 rooms to make sure the basic infra is there. Then I requested for other things as I found that they were not there. It took me around 4 hours to settle in!!When we asked for compensation they locked the door from outside to make sure that we dont leave without paying the full amount. Though it wasnt our intention to do so. We had to almost call the police for them to realize what act they were doingI will recommend no one to ever go to the resort in the condition that they are in and till the time they don’t train the hooligans they have employed They do not deliver what they promise and will harass you to pay up.Please stay away…. There are much better places in that area which you could go too.

The place is awesome!! neat and best rooms, 24 hrs hot water, good pool , lake side boating, great food both Veg and Non Veg, has a Badminton court, Snooker, Carrom, n many more!!! We were able to stay just 2 days...So we still have many things to explore XD ..but still was memorable. Visit Hassan?...Pavanputra is one of the best to stay in n enjoy!

A very dingy place in the outskirts of Hassan! The service is slow and the food is bad. There was a dead spider stuck to the flower vase. But the resort seemed to be better than the restaurant.

The ability to deal with a situation, in our case a booking issue was dealt in a very wrong manner. we were asked to pay the full amount 3750 for a room that we didnt stay in. The rooms were just adequate, no wifi, no proper room service, no intercom, average cleanliness. They even took and kept or car keys till we cleared the bill. A very wrong way to treat a guest.

We were group of 32 peoples from Bangalore. We came to this resort with a good expectation. After going through the few reviews, we were worried on our trip. But the hotel staffs were nice and they looked after our group very well. This was one of our best team outing.

Clarks in took over this property recently and is under renovation. Even though under renovation, they have listed it on different online sites for booking. Horrible place to stay. No water, no geyser, no electricity, no proper road to rooms, no proper food, full of cobwebs, dust and untidy. It may take time to renovate and so they shouldnt have gone online till its ready. Paying more than 3k per night in this awful place was really a shock to me. Be aware.

This was the most pathetic resort we have ever visited. We were a group of around 22 people with 6-7 kids and each one of us had a really terrible experience here. The rooms were damn dirty, we had to even change our room and even the next one equally sucked. The place is a complete mess with very low maintenance, staff is a total waste and food was nearly edible. Our entire weekend trip was spoiled because of no water and no electricity in most of the rooms and dirty rooms and bathrooms. At the end, when we asked them to compensate us considering the rooms were really overcharged, they locked the main gates of the resort and harassed us for 2 hours to stay at the reception until we pay the full amount. The owner was not willing to talk at all on the phone, was not taking any responsibility and the manager and other staff smiled and smirked throughout the discussion after locking the gates. After we called the police and things got really ugly, they opened the gates. It was purely a mental harassment case and we felt tortured by the end of the trip. Hence Id recommend to never ever go to this resort as it is a total waste of time and money.

Very worst service, we have paid Rs 600 per plate they dint even serve the food Rs of 100 Rs, they were serving food as if we have not paid anything. There is no doubt this is one of the best resort in Hassan. We were looking to stay for a night as planned for visiting Coorg, and we found this resort with a reasonable price. Great Food, Nice people. Ravi, the Breakfast person was so nice.The room was gigantic and they arrange a dinner for us in a garden. I would strongly recommend this resort to others. They allowed us to late check-out as well. I would surely visit again !!! Cheers!

The resort was very spacious and clean. The food was ok . The service was up to the mark. The was a boat ride available in the lake.

This place is outright pathetic. The service is terrible and the rooms are even worse. We booked 2 cottages here for 3 nights through Agoda and when we got there to check in, they said they hadnt received any email from Agoda about our stay, so they didnt have the cottage that we had booked. They offered to upgrade us for only one night but we declined because we had 2 small children and 2 elderly parents because of which the shifting of rooms the next day would be hard. In spite of whatever problem/confusion there was between Agoda and pavanputra, we were the ones that had to suffer. They started cleaning a cottage to give us after we got there and made us wait for more than 2 hours before we could get to the rooms. The rooms were hastily cleaned, there was water all over the floor and the bathroom was wet and had muddy shoe prints all over. The sheets were not changed, there was dust on every table and shelf. The floors had a ton of dirt. Pictures attached.Coming to the amenities, there is not even a shower in the bathroom!!!! Only a bucket and a mug. There is no power back up and there seems to be plenty of power cuts in the area. The rooms are located way at the back and it will take 5 mins walk to get to the reception. While they claim to offer free WiFi, it is only available in the reception area, not in the rooms. In fact there is no BSNL connectivity in the entire area. Room service is slow. The area right next to the inn is nothing but a pile of broken rocks. The front desk does not speak English. Our driver was asked was denied use of bathroom and after much argument, they let him use the reception bathroom. This place is kind of away from the city, making it difficult to access food or stores. They dont do regular housekeeping and the rooms are dirty and the bathrooms are smelly.Now about Agoda. When I called Agoda about our situation, they asked us to talk it out with the management instead of offering us an immediate accommodation, even if it meant to upgrade us. We had a similar problem previously at an OYO booking but they were quick to relocate us to an upgraded hotel with no added cost. So Agoda, you are not getting my business the next time!

This resort was very good to stay in. The rooms are spacious and give a luxury feel. Ambiance is great with a lots of open space with pond, parks, gardens outside rooms. They have lot of fun activities to offer and many are in pipeline to come. Food is not very nice though. But very reasonable as per menu pricing. As per me I had a great stay and will visit soon enough.

Good ambiance and best place to relax your holidays. Hotel service is not upto mark hotel manager is built with heavy attitude. Room service available but the manager will command you to come to table to have food. I asked him why his reply was bedroom will get dirty. I dont know then why the hotel has a housekeeping facility. Apart from that particular person who claims to b the food and beverages manager everything else is good. Rooms are spacious. Calm and quite surroundings. Clean and neat premises. A little away from city.

From the ambience to luxury to spaciousness to comfort to service.. everything was truly awesome.. staff were very accommodating especially since we were 4 of us; my wife, one 3 yr old, one 6 month old & myself.. they offered us a beautiful spacious room and let me name a few things that were extraordinary in it.. a 3+2 sofa, A/C, huge bed, numerous storage areas, refrigerator, coffee maker, 2 mineral water bottles, 2 green tea sachets, 1 hairdryer, 1 godrej safety locker, elegant bathroom with Roca & Parryware fittings, moisturizer, shower gel, talc, soap & so on!! Brand new property, private lake with boating, garden, childrens park, tasty & affordable food, complimentary breakfast, etc. Overall very satisfactory especially when you book through *****(u know y) :) One suggestion to the owner & management keep doing what ur doin and never compromise on what ur currently offering! thanks

I was there at their property for a few days. The scenarios that had arised during our stay was phethetic. Firstly, my room was on fire due to short circuit from the AC. It created a hell out of a panic in all the people who had come to relax their week end. The food was okay but they lacked clean plates, aso they never bothered to clean our rooms or bathrooms before our arrival, it was covered with dust. You might not be relaxed but surely I can assure you will be stressed out.

Please dont choose this property for your vacations. Very bad staff cooperation, Dirty uncleaned rooms, unhygienic food.Dont waste your days by choosing this worst property

Love! Love! Love! No better words to describe this place. It has the wow elements all around the resort. My favourite activity here was the boating in the lake during the sunset time. Whats view. Absolutely gorgeous resort and the best for outings!

Its okay okay kind of resort.. Checked in late night, the water supplies werent up to the mark.. Which they fixed in an hour.. No cafeteria or bar late night.. And the pepsi and 7up were fake. Food was okayish.

I have booked this resort for three night stay. The hotel rooms are very well maintained. The environment, the bathrooms are very hygienic and clean .The complimentary breakfast was good. resort centrally located with all modern amenities. The resort staffs are very friendly they helped us with the sightseeing places and activities. The resort has a beautiful swimming pool with a artificial lake for boating They also offered activities such as trekking ,archery, cycling , swimming. Overall a good experience .

This place was not upto expectations. I came here with my friends last year (September 2018) and the food (veg) was stale. The only thing that was edible was icecream. Had a lot of expectations form this place before visiting.

But when you sit around for sometime at dining, you realise that the tables are very old, not maintained properly and look ugly and one can really feel the discomfort. Staff and food is good. However, the rates are high compared to other club membership. Overall an okay experience. Pool was booked for some poolside party so couldnt use the pool.

It was a very pleasant and calming experience there and was able to enjoy our college tour very well

Good place with pool but there are no great amenities for the price you pay. Food sucks big time they need to do something dramatic on that front but staff are couteaus and helpful

The resort is developing, therefore there are minor discomforts in the stay. But all together good stay.

This is a very welcoming and comfortable place. Despite the fact that we had a room facing the gardens! We had a very quiet and comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of tasty items. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice home like place! Great to visit during weekends. Near to many tourist places. Nice food. Clean and well maintained rooms. Good service!
