Worst service By Arpitha Bajaj, Gave for service 2days back , Even after taking 1day extra time, The service is worst no clean wash , I faced lot of problem , I suggest everyone not to go for service .I will raise complaint to Bajaj India .

One of the worst service center I have seen in hassan.Worst Bajaj showroom not even proper communication even manager.No masks, even manager ,she is roming everywere without Mask. This is covid pandemic have some rules, how u have rules for delayed service.

Not even shared proper and complete details with customers went to enquiry. Ignorance and not recieve proper response from anyone.. Everybody is busy with their own work.

This is the worst showroom i have never saw, i have purchased pulsar 150 one month back still i didnt received number plate, i have visited and called to showroom several times they are not responding properly employees ( especially two ladies staff) are act like they will giving with there own money, its better to close this showroom if they cant give proper customer service.

Worst service from sales team.. there is no proper response from sales team pls dont buy any of bajaj two wheeler from them.. if u want wonderful service means pls visit supreme bajaj chikkamagaluru or popular bajaj mysore... Even if we visit some hotel theyll sell only some rs of food but still they know how to respond to customer nicely but here theyll sell lakh rs bikes but dnt know how to respond... Worst service... While returning they gave me back punctured tyre.. When I asked, they said it is 6.30 and service hour ended... If you want take back the bike otherwise itll be parked in the road and that they are not responsible... The service person didnt even stop to answer me... He just took his bike and left

Bajaj has good bikes in all sections like Avenger in cruisers, pulsar in sports and also urban vehicles

WORST service centre EVER.I suggest you not to service your bikes here, WORST response to the customers, ARROGANT STAFF, cheatings, and they respond as we service our bikes for free of cost,the cheat the customers in every possible way, really VERY ANNOYING STAFF, they ABUSE THE WORDS at customers in all the possible ways. Their ATTITUDE will make you never visit this service centre again.

Worst service....staff are not ready to find the parts of vehicle.they ask us to bring from outside.

Left my Pulsar RS 200 here for service and the technicians know what they are doing and my bike is conditioned as good as new.
