10 mins by road from Haridwar Station. Near to Market too. 15 mins distance from Har ki Pauri. Very good place to stay. You will have to check the availability well in advance. They will give you a morning tea around 7am and provide lunch between 12pm to 1pm and dinner between 8pm to 9pm.
