Sometimes the store is 100% full with groceries and other stuff and sometimes they just have 25-30% stuff in store. They have lot of items of their own brand like Tasty Treat which I dont recommend. Staff is nice but more focused towards selling the membership which is worth if you visit every month and spend Rs. 4000 every time.

Less Availablity of wide variety in present times. Easyday have been purchased by Reliance Mart. Might see changes in the near future.

All staff is helpful. But in the period of corona, goods supply is short. After waiting one hour in line, when enter in store maximum of rakes are found empty. This is terrible. I hope supply chain will resume its pace very soon.

One Most Important thing always remember when u prepare the bill always check number of items Because they charge Extra amount of the production. Price is high and after mermbership u can take discount that is very low just 10%. And for taking their 1 rupee they offer u 4 toffees against ur 4 rupees. Its so disgussting. I think if u r running a big brand like easyday its not a good culture.

Very casual & unprofessional staff,1 only a single cash counter operational, When I requested to open 2nd counter the staff asking one another to do so and last one told casually that there is no connectivity.2-They refused to provide club member discount without my Physical Card and said few of their customers lost their cards(Im sure this is not the truth)3- I paid by Paytm but again there was an issue, They asked again my mobile number registered with paytm and started noting down{whereas translation id is sufficient as per my knowledge)I THINK THEY HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WASTE WITH CUSTOMERS...No Customer Centric Staff

A am buy some items in hapur branch. After prepare the bill I am going to Exit but I am check number of items and found 1 itmes is not in my baskit and I am check my bill and see that.I am buy one 1 pack of biscuit they charge for 2.If ask employes about the new offer they never tell and if any product in 100% cash back they hide such product.Really they trying to cheat the customer.Thanks
