No Re sell Value and no rental value for property in Dinesh Nagar. Not a good place to live with family. If you have guts to fight and can use abusing language then you can. Most of the residents are living there as renter and they have local touch so they dont pay rent on time. They generally take flat on the rent of 500, 2200. Overall avoid purchasing flat in that particular area, dont waste ur hard earned money.

The Security is not good, many criminal people drink and drive fast from main gate to the other roads
