We live in village bajunia haldu and face water problem every month.. There is only one tubewell which gets out of function every now and then, jal sansthaan doesnt make permanent plan to eradicate this problem. Want to give minus rating but there is no option as such.

Very worst customer support service. no one take cares complaint of the clients. Complaint CN0110775 lodged on 05/03/2021 through UJS Portal for water supply issue at Laxmi Adarsh Colony ( Near Mata Mandir R K Tent Road) still not resolved. No answer from UJS Officials staff.

I don’t have a clue how come people giving 5 star Rating to UJS, worst experience with UJS services , customer care doesn’t know who there working for and only registering the complaints not solving it. Years we’ve been hiring local water tankers to solved our problems, so whom do I pay to local tanker or UJS.People should understand real issues not just spreading fake comments to proof their are serving better services. If there was 0 rating I would give that but unfortunately I agree to 1 star.

Hi, we facing huge problem related to the water supply. Every single minutes I stated my motor for long long time but water is no coming. I am facing very big problem & no one takening action from jal shasthan. Thay are telling like why you complaining again an again no one is complaining from your colonies side & even junior engineer not giving me any solution same wording of JE .worst service ushelpful staff.
