Very unprofessional staff, they can refuse you to check in even you booked online, not couple friendly environment, total waste of time and money. Online booking should be canceled for this kind of rubbish hotels

Hotel was good but; we reached around 9 in morning & they didnt allow us to check-in because as per rules of OYO we had to check-in after 12 PM. They even refused to keep our luggage.😐

The hotel is situated in Pili kothi area of Haldwani. Has ample of parking space. With lush green fields bit its and Baraat Ghar. And the hotel amenities are average. They say that they have kitchen, but unfortunately they dont have thay only cook what they have and rest they order from outside.

Manager is weird. He didnt let me choose my choice room despite there were only 1 or 2 room booked. He told me that OYO selected room number and he cant do anything.. REALLY... During check in he kept asking payment despite that I will pay online to OYO. But he seems impatient. Then to get rid of him I have to give him cash security which he returned after online payment. I request to late check out by 12.30pm. But in morning he forced me to vacate the room by 11am reason I paid directly to OYO. Another strange thing he provide single towel for double occupancy room.. Strange.. In room no mirror.. Linen were dirty. Paan strain on dustbin. Even bathroom was not cleaned..

It was very difficult to locate hotel in the dark night; no board was placed anywhere. Instead of almira a small cupboard was there, a large center table. Just order a tea, but that was also not as per expectation.
