Not good service, doing cheap quality work

Running personal business in the name of authorised service centre.They use fake spair parts and dont give taxable bill by which they not only harming hyundai reputation but also harming customers by not availing warranty on parts. They also replace working parts with non working parts in absence of customer and in presence, ask them to replace with new part.Must get close as soon as possible by Hyundai and take legal action against receptionist and main mechanic as both are also involved.
