The pizza was yummy, the shakes were good. It is a nice cafe if you wish to eat out and chill in Haldwani. Its in the market place so you can eat here, its easy to locate. This cafe is quite spacious and has variety of dessert to opt from. They have a pool table too so if you wish to play. It is located on Nainital road so obviously easy to attract tourists too.

This is a nice place to visit with friends and near ones. Dont look for typical indian food spread. I ordered a platter was good and filling

My experience was not good at this restaurant. I went for first time with my wife. As we expected good quality food from cafe but it was not at all as expected. We ordered Hot Coffee and chocolate shake . In comparison I would say the chocolate shake was better than hot coffee. The major disappointment was the food section. We ordered White sauce pasta and Cheese Garlic bread. We were really excited about the quality and taste but it was not worthy at all with the price. Worst was the cheese garlic bread. It was very hard and too much crunchy even the taste was of just cheese and it was not gud. As I love cheese garlic bread I was shocked to taste it. Even the price of it was very high that makes me upset. I don’t know whether it was my bad luck but really disappointed with the overall experience.

Tastefully decorated & has an airy inviting feel. The burgers were good. The Garlic/Chipotle Aioli was very good. It’s one of the few places in Haldwani where one can get good Continental/Italian food. Would recommend it for those coming & going from/to Bhimtal or Sattal.

The perfect place to visit when you are on a fast. Because your order would anyway take ages to get ready. Best part is they charge you for making your own tea which already is overpriced . Lovely experience.

Beautiful place to sit and sit and keep sitting. The waiter will keep on doing his own thing, cleaning or whatever he thinks is more important than you, but wont come to take your order.

You can sit this place, finish 2 movies, re-contemplate all your life decisions that led to this moment and the waiter will still not come to take the order. Ill leave it on you to decide if this is a good thing. 🤷‍♀️

Overall exp is good. The room was clean and well managed. Washroom was pretty clean. But the size of the room is quite small. So on the first glance it seams like a bad deal. But the services and ambiance make the deal good. Most disappointing thing for us was not to have breakfast included wit the deal. And there is not plan to upgrade to get the breakfast. Its a nice place to visit, It was my first visit to this Cafe where I could find a variety of snacks and some main course as well. I have tried pizza (std size of 12 inches, thin crust) here which was sufficient for 2 person.The ambience of the Cafe was good and you can enjoy and relax. The staff behavior was found out well. The pricing may be a bit high than average Cafés.Overall experience of mine was good 👍.

Ordered Cappuccino, Latte and fish fingers. Coffee was very ordinary. Fish fingers was served with a mayo dip and no chips. Taste was bland. 3 stars for ample parking space and nice ambience.

Best for Italian food in haldwani after bunny cafe. Quality is good for Italian. coffee not upto the mark nice interior if you wanna come you can enjoy interior with Italian food. My suggestion try only Italian food.

Worst Customer Service ever.. Either because the staff gets overwhelmed by looking at good no. of customers or they are simply rude and lazy. Very Very Disappointing! The decor is nice, I only wish the same efforts were made in training the staff. So much for the ambience!Update after a year: I went back hoping things might have changed. My experience? I had ordered 2 items only, one got served on time and for the second one I thought preparation time is high, called the waiter after 45 mins, apparently they FORGOT about the second item. We stayed there for 3 hours and felt amazing, our train was in next 3 hours from Kathgodam station which is 5 minutes away from this place. We ordered pasta pizza and smoothies. I loved visiting Pots and Stones.

The infrastructure and interior are good but when it comes to food, the place is awful. If you want to go out with family over any meal then this is not the place. Pathetic food and even worse service. Utterly slow! Money cannot buy class and this restaurant/cafe (or whatever you want to call it) is a shining example.

I am in love with this place.The setup is perfect and was beyond my imagination to find this kind of cafe in Haldwani.It has an indoor/multifloor seating with an outdoor seating facility as well.Coffee was pretty much good whereas other items such as burger, pizza were decent (not that great).

Absolutely love everything about this cafe, it has outdoor, indoor and rooftop tables available.Classy interior, pretty corners to click pictures, cute walls, selfie mirrors. The food is good but the quantity is less.

Nous y sommes retournés deux fois.Le personnel y est attentionné, et il y a de nombreuses petites attentions bien agréables !Les seuls points negatifs sont une certaine odeur dégout dans les chambres au rez de chaussée, qui passe avec lutilisation de la douche, et leau chaude qui na pas marché dans deux des chambres (mais le personnel a amené un seau deau chaude).La literie est parfaite, à part les futons qui sont extrêmement durs, cest dommage !Très bon restaurant accolé à lhôtel. At the beginning of January 2020 there was still work in front so a little noisy in the evening .. But we were generally very satisfied.

The Hotel is very well designed and every single brick has been very thoughtfully laid. The theme of the hotel as well as its renowned cafeteria Pots & Stones is very cosy and relaxing. The Hotel has a small group of very young and dynamic staff. Every one of which has been enriched with hospitality traits that you would expect in a 5 star facility. Specially the Manager Mr. Ankit who was very courteous and understanding. The food is one of the main highlight and you need not depend on anything else when the restaurant provides you with such exemplary preparations at very affordable price. Overall I was very much satisfied with my stay and would like to thank to all the staff involved in our service. Kudos :)Service, privacy, amenities and the theme of the hotel which provides more of a resort like feeling and gets you into that holiday mood.

Hey pots and stone i came today in evening at 6 o’clock Tuesday ie 8 December 2020And this is the second time that i had a horrible experience with the restaurant, seriously last time I complained about how late you take orders and about your services to the manager. But this time you made me feel so disappointed that i have to walk away from the restaurant after waiting for 40 minutes. I came today and there were only 4-5 people in the entire restaurant so it wasn’t that busy and there were like 5-6 waiters including the manager, so when i came there a guy came to give me the menu and then he didn’t came to me for taking the order so i have to call him to give my order ..... so next is i am waiting for my order and seriously i waited for 40 minutes and my table was in front of the cabin of restaurant where i can easily see 5 people looking at us but no one bothered that they should give our food so lastly i have to ask them that where is my food that i am waiting from last 40 mins and they replied me very sweetly what did you ordered sir ...... seriously r u guys lost somewhere or the staff is sleeping .... then after that reply i had to walk away from the restaurant.... you guys need to check your CCTV footage so that you can count the time and work on it...... you really need to look into this and improve what you doing .... feels really really bad 🙏🙏🙏

A phoney café with overpriced coffee, the coffee was joke, they put some small drizzel of Bru instant coffee in a tiniest cup of milk you can find in road side shop and charged more than 100rs for it.The service staff is good, helped me return the coffee upon complaint again to be returned with similarly poor cup.The seating outside is good, but do not visit for its food. I dont know what else is left for you to visit for but its certainly not coffee.

My experience with the cafe was extremely horrible, I waited on my table for 20 minutes and no waiter showed up even after calling them several times. Then while waiting we asked for sanitizer as there was no sanitizer on our table, so a worker passed us the sanitizer from the table besides us where somebody was already sitting. We had to leave the cafe as no waiter was showing up to take our order, while leaving the women sitting on the table beside us made a mean comment about us to the worker cleaning the table by saying they came in here only to apply the sanitizer and she repeated it twice. And the worker didnt stand up to her about this false accusation. Then the woman continued to VERBALLY ABUSE AND ASSAULT me by saying things such as get the hell out of here, even though she didnt own the place. No waiter nor manager showed up to solve the fight, and I was continuously getting insulted in front of the whole cafe by the woman. I had to separately inform the manager about the fight and then he took the appropriate action, which means he wasnt even aware of the fight nor was he informed about it from his waiters who didnt even show up to take our orders.

Had a very bad experience. Waited for more than 45 minutes just to get one waffle and a coffee and when it came it was a bit undercooked.

Ambience is superb...But God... the experience was worst. They didnt had the items that were on the menu & they were surprisingly casual about it. The Hospitality was also not up to the par. Food was horrendous. God bless this joint. They need serious evaluation on how to improve the quality of the food rather than just working on the infrastructure.

Overall I had a really bad experience in the cafe, firstly me and my mother were waiting for the waiter to come and ask for our order, but even after calling him multiple times, no waiter showed up and we were waiting for the waiter to come for around 20 minutes and after that too the waiter didnt show up. So we decided to leave the cafe without having anything. While leaving, the person sitting next to us completely insulted my mother by accusing us, and verbally ASSAULTING us in front of the whole cafe yet the waiter didnt stand up for us, and even after a verbal fight, the manager didnt come to solve the brawl. And I myself had to inform the manager of how the fellow costumer said insulting things to the waiter about their frequent costumers, and neither did the waiter stand up for us and nor did the manager come to solve the fight.

Good enough places for tourists and locals. Have good pizza options with limited customisations. Decent non alcoholic drinks available as well. Their vibe is unique and there is pool as well on first floor. Located at the center of the city with close proximity to railway station, bus station, theatre and shopping centres. Go there a bit early to get a table without waiting. Clean washrooms are available as well! I was impressed to see such a place in Haldwani!!
