I submitted my samsung tablet to them on 15 sept 21, it has display issue they nicely accepted it and promise to return after 2days. Somehow I couldnt get time to collect it on 17sept. So I went to collect it today on 21 sept. I reached there at 9;48 around 10am they attended me. When I asked them the status of tablet, firstly they looks like they forgotten it. They lady staff was busy on her mobile. After 7 days waiting they couldnt fix it. When I asked them the cause of delay. They said leave it here for more 2days. They are totally unprofessional. I would say its a customer tature centre and they are doing their best to damage the image of a good brand. I would say all the best to Samsung India
The staff was nice, services are satisfactory but this place is a bit difficult to spot.
Worst service.my tab is only 2 months old.its dead and the service centre said it is a manufacturing fault. But they cant replace it as it is more than 14 days old since purchase..my question is what happens if a manuf defect isdetected after 14 days like in my case..did I spend so much just to purchase a product with manufacturing defect?

Authorised service centre of Samsung, customer dealing and service they provide is good. On 20th I bought Samsung S20 FE which had a manufacturing issue, they carefully diagnosed my device and issued me the replacement letter (DO Letter) the very same day.
Visited to change my smart watch battery which they dont know how to open. They used sharp kind of pin to open back cover who make huge scratch. Unsatisfied work without bill they do work and they charge ₹ 250 which is ok for me but iam expecting bill also.

They have horrible service. I have not seen such big liars before. I purchased Samsung galaxy 10 from Amazon year ago. On 21 August I visited this center as my phone had some charging issues. I was not sure about the warranty, so I asked the guy if the phone was within warranty period. He replied in negative (when I came back home and checked I found out that he was lying). He said that the repair will cost me Rs 1200. As I didnt know he was lying at that time I agreed to it. He asked me to visit the center the next day.When I came back I found out that he was lying. I visited the center the next day and told him about it. He said nothing. I gave him my phone. To my chagrin, he later claimed that the warranty was over as the phone had been opened before and again demanded Rs 1200 for the services.When I protested his co-workers started siding with him even though they were not aware of the whole matter. I complained about them to the Samsung service center but so far I have not received any tangible assistance.

Responsive service . I have purchased galaxy a50 on 28.05.2020 nd after 3..4 day i am facing pixel Flickering issues in my device which was a manufacturing defect. when i describe the problem to the service persons in service centre they issue me a replacement for this device nd they provide me a new device on next day.

Situated a bit away from roadside on the second floor. Not easy to notice.The service is good but takes time.My experience is not so good because they said that problem of motherboard is not solved in warranty. Gave me the costumer care no. and told me to talk to them.

Good service is provided here, staff is also good but not that much well behaved because of the rush. The service is also delay for the moblie phone if the moblie phone is with in warranty period. In this service centre the working staff is also less. And the nature of the service centre is its ok .
