Was searching for best cofee shop in Haldwani and someone suggested me Cookie Jar, and I decided to give it a try which proved to be a great decision, its such a charming place, with amazing staff and brilliant cofee amd food too and to my surprise the price was not at all heavy on the pocket. Highly recommend.

Lovely cafe on my way to Haldwani Bus station. Great coffee and brownies at pocket friendly rates. good place to kill sometime while you wait for your bus. They dont have charging point near the table which makes it a little inconvenience if you want work from cafe.

Ordered a cake for birthday with a specific design. It turned out to be nothing close to the design. Two stars for the taste.Burgers tasted hard and stale.Extremely dissatisfied.

I had a special connection with cookie jar.. I used to go there every week . It was great place to visit with friends and family.One incident broke me .. I placed an order for cake for my father retirement party by phone. I was not in the city that time so I asked for confirmation. They agreed to send my order to my home.. I asked for account details.. they didn’t pick up my call. I msged them and tried to contact them.. they fully ignored me .. I waited so long.. then they blocked me ...I am sure he was owner on the phone .. staff was not that rude..then I arranged cake from brownies.. they didn’t take a hour to send cake to my home.. thanks to brownies team.I Can’t trust again on cookie jar. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Giving 2 star for past experience.

It is the best place to visit if you want to go with your friends because you will get good quality product like the burgers,cheese crab,etc and if you want to drink a coffee with your gf or friend. It is generally a cafe of cookies and burger with coffee. You can have a very delightful evening and meet and greet at this place.

Huge selection of coffee and bakery product. Loved the colour choice of their interior.Service was ok, but they dont have any food that actually needs preparation in a kitchen so it had yo be fast.

The cafe has a nice ambience and offers an array of pastries, snacks, biscuits and bread. The chocolate chip cookies are a must try but there have been instances where I was served the previous days pastry.

Amazing place to visit with your friends and for couples. A cosy place to hangout and enjoy your evening. You can order any coffee here and u will love the smell of coffee everywhere. The ambience is also very soothing and sometimes it’s very relaxing. You can enjoy varieties of mouth watering snacks like pizza slice, hotdogs, burgers, sandwiches and panner tikka. They also have different varieties of cakes and pastries and the quality is improving day by day.

Its OK, the snacks I had was OK, can be visited once. Had Burger and apple pie which I found good in taste although they serve much more cakes and bakes, The prices are moderate.

I placed an order for a buttercream cake with Cookie Jar with some slight apprehension because knowing its a small city, I didnt expect much. However, I was assured that the cake I desire can very well be prepared and would taste amazing. What I asked for and what I got is pretty much clear from the pictures here. Whats most disappointing is my siblings and I taking out days to finalise a cake for our moms birthday and ending up with a cake which looks as if I went back to the 90s to get it. A simple no from Cookie Jar wouldve saved me 1500/- and this huge disappointment.

Just picked up Cake fo my Daughters 1/2 Birthday. I booked the cake a week ahead of the party. We stocked to basic and asked for some custome design. They agreed. When I went to pick the cake, the customisation we asked were not there. They said wait for sometime we will get it done , and later said its not possible as the finishing will be ruined.1. No one Ever took a note of customisation we asked.2. A Birthday cake itself and the first for a kid without saying should have some decorations, it should atleast look good. For looks I can give a negative point as well.3. We gave the price which they asked that too in cash without bill, we did what you said. Atleast a happy customers is one should expectIf you are going for a cake made for order request not to go or atleast make a detailed note with picture saved in there memory.Have not tasted it yet! Will update on that as well

They donot provide the carry bag if you buy anything from them. I bought the cake and I was not provided the carry bag .

This is an amazing place for desserts, as well as a quick savoury bite. I had their double stuffed pizza which was had veg stuffing in the middle of the base also, and tasted amazing. Also their apple cream cheese pie is out of this world. I liked it because its not very sweet and has great consistency. The chocochip cookies look phenomenal too. Havent had them yet.

The pastry and pies taste very good. Traditional pastries are tough like any other normal bakery product but pies are above expectation. Overall it is a nice place to visit and have refreshments. Approach is also very good, it is located on the main road. Parking space is also there.

This place has surprised me , more than any other cafe. The new interiors are totally LIT. Their sandwiches are heavenly. The desserts are fresh and mouth watering. The cookies , shakes, brownies and multi grain bread, are a pick of the lot.
