So poor service I received my specs from your haldwani store fiting is totally inappropriate, I went to your store yesterday drive approx 60km for fitting of my specs but again no improvement I spend around 21000 but very poor service totally unsatisfied, store sales guy saying you have to come again for repair how can one come frequently..I went your store in ghaziabad also but service is so good

Its a great experience visiting this store. It is pretty expensive compared to other online stores like lenskart. Bought great quality glasses here. Although they Dont have much variety but its still worth checking out. Didnt really like the frames though.

Good selection of quality products, purchased 2 frames (Oakley and Titan) with essilor lenses. Due to my tight schedule in India, not only Mr. Shivam expedited their procurement and fitting, he also dispatched the spectacles once completed to me in a different city ASAP. The support staff was very helpful while selecting lenses type as the Titan frame was quite difficult to work on due its curvature (the frame was perfect for my work requirement and was a very lucky find!). The workmanship was just great and so was the management on part Mr. Shivam. Definitely recommended. Thanks again for your assistance Mr Shivam and Best wishes to the team.
