They won’t give you exact information and play with their customers. I went to change my front bumper and Naresh Arya was the guy who handled the case. I handed over my car and he told you can take it tomorrow evening and I was ok with that. Next day he called and said we don’t have front number and u can take your car. I went there and informed him that I called main inventory and they informed me that they have the part with them. Then he called and said new number is there but with that u need to change few other things as well with bumper and he can give proper bill for that so things can be claimed and I was ok with that as this was my first time to claim insurance so I was not aware which all bills will be required and I trusted him coz he is the one handling insurance things all day night. He completed the work next day and gave me the pre invoice which didn’t work with insurance company and later naresh told he can’t give tax invoice which was asked by insurance company. So I ended up paying for all other parts which didn’t had damage but he changed bcoz he said these will not fit with new number and can be claimed. There is no possible way that I will go to that service centre again and I am sure they can’t be trusted. And if u are going there then better record all your conversations bcoz they can take u turn anytime.

Professional job done. Service was prompt. Genuine Maruti parts were used. We were struck up in our mid journey. Thankfully we found its address on Google. Staff was supportive and completed work on priority basis

Please take appointment before going for servicing. Otherwise there will be long queue, it open at 9-9:30am and have 1-2 cars always in queue. Staff is good, cordial and helpful. General spares and parts are available. Few parts will be available after ordering.One constructive feedback I can give is work can be done on customer service there is lot of scope improving customer service.

Good for Maruti Authorise service at lower rates. But mechanics are not much specialised. Not good for any repair work.

I got car washed here on my way to Nainital. Being authorised service station, I was expecting better quality of car wash. In the end car came out sufficiently clean, but I really need to stand with the person washing. Additionally, they did not have wax-polish facility which is important for me.Anyway for the price I paid 250 INR, I cant really complain.

Not good. I went for my first service. They did nothing in service. Only washed the vehicle. Asked for polish they started demanding rs 300 only for polishing. Very bad

Service is very SLOW. The new young service center manager is not up to the mark when it comes to deal with customer. Else staff is good.
