Not satisfied with the services provided by them. One is they takes too much time to do servicing of vehicle and if any defect is there they dont reveal the charges before service , they will ask you to go to billing window and get the keys and the bill will always surprise you. Most worse experience with CRM they doest care at all of customer dont know how they becomes CRM. I too visited him with one of the worker to ask the roughly cost of Acceleration cable and other two more parts of Engine seal,and that CRM didnt even look at the Slip given by worker and just went off.Just after one week of service i had to visit again twice to fix the Acceleration cable which was earlier changed by them.One more thing, they dont have sitting area for their customers they have converted the waiting area in store room and have mentioned the Tag CUSTOMER WAITING AREA are you guys kidding us? Do you really want us to sit on those dirty Cartens? And those worker says sir dont stand here is service area then where do we sit?Regret to having a vehicle from HEROReally bad experience!!!!
