Worst experience.. Had an issue with the bike gearing.. informed the team however, they didnt bother. I had to come to them 3 times within 24hrs still the issue was not resolved.

Not satisfied with the services provided by them. One is they takes too much time to do servicing of vehicle and if any defect is there they dont reveal the charges before service , they will ask you to go to billing window and get the keys and the bill will always surprise you. Most worse experience with CRM they doest care at all of customer dont know how they becomes CRM. I too visited him with one of the worker to ask the roughly cost of Acceleration cable and other two more parts of Engine seal,and that CRM didnt even look at the Slip given by worker and just went off.Just after one week of service i had to visit again twice to fix the Acceleration cable which was earlier changed by them.One more thing, they dont have sitting area for their customers they have converted the waiting area in store room and have mentioned the Tag CUSTOMER WAITING AREA are you guys kidding us? Do you really want us to sit on those dirty Cartens? And those worker says sir dont stand here is service area then where do we sit?Regret to having a vehicle from HEROReally bad experience!!!!

Worst experience. The staff does not know how to deal with customers and they do not have manners, i made an enquiry for HF Deluxe but they did not respond at first I had to call them again to check the price but still they showed zero interest. Mr. Pramod was shouting on me at the phone and he has no manners. I do not recommend anyone to visit or call Bajrang Hero.

Worst service by haldwani hero dealer. I bought one maestro edge Scooty which never starts by kick and they are unable to repair this. In 5th free service they took extra labour charge and said its because they have marked 4th service as 5th and now we dont have any free service left and they can not change it. Because of them we paid extra money and wasted 2 hours. They were not even ready to listen.

Well honestly,that place was too small and doesnt seems to be a showroom from inside. Last time we bought a Glamour bike and we are quite satisfied with it.I should say the owner should work on increasing the space.
