I am Always remember my last day at your service centre. How did Wast my time. At your showroom ones you sale a vehicle and after that you never talk nicely for your customers. Didnt have any sheeting place for customers I was stand at service gate for 6hr. Hello my name is himanshu. And Ive been taking honda sp 125 bike for eight months ego, and it went off and I took it to showroom after that I said it was not responsible. You will have to pay for it. I would suggest everybody not to take this bike at all and that same problem came with my friend. And Honda shovroom staff is not helping.

Washing is very pathetic. We dont know about the internal servicing, but not happy with the external one.

Very rude staff, called them for service station number during lockdown period but the person on the other hand replied very rudely (band hai boss 3tarik ke baad kareiyega) and put the phone down within seconds. This kind of service to your customers is not accepted at all.

The showroom staff is rude and impolite. Even the owner of this place is too arrogant to handle. Charging extra price from consumers for each small service. I recommend you to boycott this showroom and get your vehicle from some other place.

The worst experience they charge an additional amount for doing nothing on my bike, in the first service on my bike they change only engine oil and nothing but in my bill, they charge me extra lubrication etc. very disappointed with there service and after the first service they give my bike dusty and dirty and I said, please wash my bike they said we dont wash your bike they talk very rude. Worst experience now I feel why I purchase my bike from this showroom

When you going there for your servicing for bike or scooty just go early around 9 am. after that lots of crowed was there with lots of two wheeler.Lunch time 2 pm to 2:30 pm.Parts timing after 2:30 pm

The services is very good and fast.. But when i go for buying a activa 5g scooty then the financer who is financing my scooty i think they are theives and the salesman also they are charging the extra amount in the name of processing fees the theme should be clear and the financer is also clear dont know they are lieing or not but my heart is saying that they take extra money from us thats why i am saying when you go for financing just clear the basic first then give them money and take receipt also 😊

They should act responsibly and improve their knowledge about the latest bikes...

I am the least satisfied person of your service.I bought a scooty on Dhanteras in 2019. There was a problem in clutch lever from the beginning.I immediately complained about it,but your service center did nothing.Problem still pertaining. Company like Honda. it was a bad exprience.

Good palce but they didnt wash your vehicle with foam.

No issues with the staff. But the dealer has its monopoly and is in over-confident that there vehicle will sold anyhow due to the Brand name of Honda. Thats why no test drive, no discounts on any festivals is given.

Best place for Honda two wheeler

Post sales services are pathetic, staffs are also arrogant as if dont bother about customers and client service. Even post 3 weeks time, not ready to share the number plate (too busy in sales only). Looks like have monopoly in Honda bikes dealership in Haldwani. Certainly, Honda as a company must look into such issues from brand value standpoint.

I baught a Honda active 6g on 8th Mar 2020 but not yet received number plate and RC till date. They dumped number plates in their shop but they are on interested install on vehicle. I had visited many times on the shop for this but staff pretending and not done my work.

They have same prices for everyone. You will not feel cheated.The vehicle was delivered within one hour after making the payment.If you are looking for people who will honey coat everything they say in order to make you buy vehicle from their showroom, then surely you will get disappointed in Honda Showroom.Despite all the reviews, I suggest to visit them once.Yes they will have a lot more crowd on special days (Festival Time), so everything will take time for sure. I will suggest you to visit during normal days.

These people are interested only in selling their scooters and mobikes and once you buy then they try to extract much more amount for regisration at RTO and insurance than the amount of reciept you get.They are the biggest cheaters at Haldwani Market.

No customer value....no focus on customer satisfaction.This is red light for Honda. Wake up timely.... otherwise result Will come out very dangerous.

Well in this place nobody is treated with humanity. The service centre is the worst thing here ,they would take the maximum time possible to service your vehicle moreover the workforce is low . So dont go here until you dont have any substitute left.Cash payment only.. They were not ready for card payment and direct account transfer.The staffs behaviour is not good.They just change the engine oil in service.They dont focus on other concerns..The service representatives try to convince customers to try an additive to increase engine performance and mileage. This is unethical.There management is like a govt office.Pathetic customer service. Extremely arrogant staff and dealer proprietor, Mr. Chauhan. The success of Honda two wheelers is belied once you visit this showroom. Theyre sustaining just because theres only one dealership in Haldwani.
