Call not recieved in Haldwani pf office bed work

Very bad services of Haldwani office because I tried call very time but no any response very bad service

This staff working or not... Kyc approval is taking more than 20days till not even approved

I am not able to get my pf money for the last two years, no one picks phone, no one guide well, very unprofesssional

EPFO Haldwani. EPFO gives intt on monthly basis. Therefore EPFO disposed more of the claims after 20th of the month becoz the staff do not want to give reasonable intt to the rmplyees. Many of the claims settle after 25th of the month even if the claim registered before 20-30 days before. If someone succeed to met personally to the concerning staff than process becomes easier and fast.

Working is very poor and customers are fed up. They escape from their responsibilities.

They all are beggers!Very bad people. They are fraudulent.

I wish I could make it zero. Pathetic experience. Every time I visit they ask me for another set of papers and then blame us for the delay. They think that we are idle and have no work apart from visiting their office. If you ask them any question about the epf or the pension amount, beleive me they do not have any clue. They behave if something out of the world have been asked.
