(Review for Nainital road branch)Very arrogant and misbehaving staff. Have to use my influence just for a simple pass book update. Thanks to the cooperating bank manager though(one additional star just for him). Branch must punish these employees. This is why more and more people are shifting towards private banks.

Worst branch and their Branch manager. Branch is very rude and unprofessional. Now I realized why ppl say public banks are so bad in their services. I am ac holder of firm account over their, its been 1 month I have received no cheq book , no internet banking even after applying and asking them so many times.. they are unable to resolve their client query. And when we ask them about same when we will get the same they say close your account as we are unable to know when will be this provided to you as this is done by Ho Mumbai. So do we need to visit Mumbai for service. We are submitting our money at this branch and for service we will go Mumbai ho.guys dont open account at this bank.
