The staff is very professional and skilled my 3 month old kitten was bit by a cat and due to mistreatment of wound by some other doctor wound got septic and she quit drinking water or food I searched in google and took her to vetplus and they treated her well and and it’s been a week and her treatment is still in process but she started eating and is getting better we lost our hopes but she made it If you’re facing any problems regarding your pet I think this is the best place you can find in haldwani because all the other vet will tell that they cannot use IV and drip on cats but they saved her

He is very expensive and ill mannered doctor. He was trying to sell 500 rupee medicine in 1500 and when he was pointed out, he said that he was buying it from delhi. On the other hand we bought the same medicine for 500 rupee in haldwani only. Kindly dont visit here if you love your pet as he will give unnecessary medicines for his own benefits.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Maurya here, he is if not the best but one of the best doctor I came across in Haldwani, he knows what he is doing.My furry friend (Poppy) was diagnosed with kidney failure, liver issue, infection, jaundice etc when I came to see doctor. Without even seeing the actual reports the doctor knew that she is a critical patient to handle.Initially I went to the govt vet hospital for 3 days but couldnt see any improvement whatsoever and seeing bad reviews on Google made me a little skeptical to reach out to vetplus however as soon as I spoke to the doctor I knew that he knows what exactly is happening with my dog.To some people it may seem a little pricey and it may be but pls understand it is the need of the hour, you came late and the prognosis become difficult and expensive.Although I lost my dog today but I was told from the day 1 that the chances of survival are quite low but I still wanted to give it a shot.Please guys dont be late and experience what we are going through, be attentive.Edit: I am sharing my second experience with vetplus, few weeks back I found a stray puppy however I was not capable of taking her to the doctor. When I interacted with Dr Maurya over the phone he encouraged me get some photos so he could provideprescription. 7 days prescription was given to me for dermatitis condition and after that lockdown was imposed.Those medicine did worked, thank you doctor

Best for parvo treatment ..his charges for treatment are high but it is the need of the hour he is probably the best doctor in haldwani. It will be very good if he reconsiders his treatment charges nd not give some extra medicines which are not required at that time

Please have mercy on your pets and spare them from taking them to such places. Its not a clinic but only a profit making entity. For even minor ailments they would suggest blood tests, liver tests, etc. They have a major attitude problem. They lack etiquettes and would downright treat you disrespectfully if you ask too much questions on the suspiciously large number of injections they give to your pet. As owners we have a right to know what kind of medications are being injected into our pets and what are they suffering from. If you dare ask them about their medications and treatment they would be rude to you and insult you. Please dont be fooled with the good reviews, there are some pet owners who do not have to deal with too much in respect to their pets health and have once or twice consulted them, I have availed their services on four occasions when I had no option and I have noticed a pattern on how overly focused they are on suggesting blood tests. Even if I ignore the fact that their prices are too high, the way they treat you is the proof enough of how insensitive they must be towards animals to not understand the anxiety of their owners and treat them so disrespectfully when they are so already distraught. I literally came back home crying cause the doctor made a scene in his clinic as I inquired about the injections he gave to my dog. He is very arrogant and insensitive and thats not how a vetnerary doctor should be. I just hope that my dog recovers from the heavy dose of whatever he gave to her today, she went to sleep and would not even get up for supper cause shes so drowsy. Very unprofessional, rude and unreliable. I hope my review helps someone to take a right decision. Its better to explore other clinics than go to this one.Asking to remove negative reviews and threatening with legal action is the proof enough of their rude responsiveness.

I cant explain in a single word about the doctor as well as his treatment.I think so,,This is better option in haldwani for treatment of animals.

1- The most unprofessional person I have come across I would not even like to call him a doctor at the first place because the kind of ethics one doctor should actually have he clearly doesnt seems to have any so the 1 star that I have actually given is my misery.2- Attitude problem with the doctor what so ever his name is at the first place because he doesnt seems to communicate properly and tell about the medications or the injections he gives to the pets.3- Too costly and totally not worth it. It is a private organisation and all the staff that is of only of 3 members which actually should not be called a staff because they are unprofessional too including there doctor who doesnt even know how to communicate or interact with the pets owner at the first place.4- They run around for the money and lay there personal interest more on the commercial site rather than the pets health.5- This is my personal experience and I would suggest each individual of HALDWANI (NANITAL) to not go to these money makers private vets. The government veterans are far better than these unprofessional people.6- Even 1 star that is been given by my side is too much. Mera bss chale toh minus mai number du iss vet walo ko be it there doctor or the staff. This is my personal experience so please dont go here.7- And this last point is for the doctor that he should consult a psychiatrist first than be a vets doctor in the second place. And not be a doctor as well than he should know the basic human interaction coarse where he could actually know how to communicate to the pets owner. Fir shayad samai mile toh doctor ban jaana.8- Totally worthless.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. This was our first time taking treatment from him and we just asked him if giving our baby so many meds at once will cause any kind of side effects. Being a cautious parent this is our right to gain full knowledge of what we are giving to our pets and I will ask this to any doctor I visit. This somehow triggered him and he became so furious and lost his senses. Even if he is so popular and a good doctor and has knowledge, he should first learn to care for his patients and second thing is to learn basic manners.He charges way high for any treatment and even not giving medicines on MRP(we were being charged 1500 for medicines with MRP 500).Please be aware of this fraud.

I will never suggest the facilities of this doctor. One of my dog died because of distemper. He was absolutely healthy when he went there n came back with distemper.He charges such a hefty amount n no care is been taken.

We recently got our 2.5 year old rescued dog, Dexter, neutered at the Vetplus Vet. Hospital. We contacted him after some good references from people around. Dr. Maurya is a knowledgeable, animal loving, honest and a polite doctor. He explains the disease/condition of the pet well as well his treatment. Having a doctor like Dr. Maurya and his lovely assistant Vaishali is great for Haldwani. Now, pet parents wont have to travel far to get their pets spayed/neutered.It took Dexter only a week of antibiotics injections after the surgery and he is up and running all over already! Thank you Dr. Maurya and Vaishali for taking such good care of Dexter and Keep up the great work 👍Besides Dexter, Dr Maurya also catered to two of my foster pups who we found on the street abandoned and injured. He gave them the necessary vaccinations and treated them well. Thank you!

The vet doc seems to be well known with the diseases and their cure with regards to almost every pet, be it big or small. The staff too is very helping and polite like the doc.

My dog was really in a bad condition and almost lost his appetite... But Dr. Maurya managed his condition and gave him 4 shots of medicine and antibiotics and now my dog is really well after one round of checkup... Dr. Maurya is very friendly to the owners and as well as to the pets for sure.. I will always take my dog to this place for future diagnosis!!

Dr Maurya is a very dedicated and passionate doctor we have come across. He has treated our dog (pug) in the situation when other doctors said he is getting a paralytic attack and wont survive. Thanks to Dr. Maurya, our dog is doing fine now.He genuinely loves animals and treat them with care.Also, we called him up at the closing time of his clinic but listening to the urgency he waited at the hospital and revived our dog.Only vet doctor we have come across who was ready to see the dog even at night.Thank you for your service Doctor. One day she suddenly stopped walking, I visited many vetenary doctors in haldwani and even i visited pantnagar but they were not able to diagnose the disease she was suffering from, someone was saying she got paralysed, some told me that she ate someting poisonus so her nervous system us damaged, I almost thought she is going to be dead soon.But then luckily someone told me about Dr. Maurya, and I contacted him, he visited my place and he started the treatment and he diagnosed her disease and my dog started recovering and it took around a week of regular treatment and my dog improved gradually and he is fit now.So, please trust Dr. Maurya with any kind of disease and do what he says, it will take some time, tough he is not a magician but you will be satisfied with his treatment.Trust me he is miraculous.Thank you doctor for everything you have done for my dog and sorry for the late review😊😊😊
