I had visited Dr. Kandpal for a prolonged throat pain which was happening for more than 3 months. Prior to him I had visited various other doctors in Haldwani for the same problem including homeopathy but no one was able to correctly diagnose the issue. Dr. Kandpal very quickly diagnosed the issue without any unnecessary tests and prescribed very effective medicines which was able to cure my problem within few days. I am a 69year old retired Army Officer, during service I have been treated in various military hospitals including R&R Military hospital Delhi. After hanging my boots I have consulted numorous ENT Specialist s in the country. I can say without hesitation that Dr Naveen Kandpal is the best. He is not only courteous but efficient and helpful. His hospital is most clean and hygienic. Its not easy for any doctor to keep his hospital unhygienic and unclean. Now I get my children to Haldwani from Delhi , गुरुग्राम and Bangalore to get treated by Dr Kandpal. I recommend all to spend just Rs300-400 and see for themselves whether I am telling truth or lies.

Totally waste of time and money. Hospital is very unhygienic. He dont bother about cleaning his equipments. While examining me he used the instruments kept open in a tray. He examined my mouth, my nose, and then kept those back to the same try along with other instruments. I wonder what is he doing with his patients. After using some instruments instead of keeping it back to the same place there should be some other place to sanitize them properly. By just entering into his treatment rooms you will get to know how unhygienic those rooms are... Dust dust and dust thats it. Nothing else.More over I went to him to confirm whether I have any kind of fungal infection inside my mouth. He said I have some infection in my right ear which needs some cleaning... And what he did just cleaned my ear wax..... The procedure done which was written in my prescription was bilateral wax removal..... This is ridiculous.... He is such a waste. Dont know how he got his mbbs...... Not worth going and posing an unnesessary risk to your life

The doctor is very calm explains everything in detail and moreover he isnt greedy of money like many doctors.

My mom visited this kandpal ent hospital as she was bleeding from nose. Doctor kandpal did not diagnosed her well and she kept on bleeding for 5 days.. Gave improper treatment to her.. When we changed the doctor... Immediately her bleeding stoped.. Now she is recovering.. We had a worst experience.

Though the time mentioned here says 7pm and even we called before coming as we stay far away. The girl on reception said the doc will be there in the evening. Upon reaching at 5.30 pm after traveling 45kms specially for doc, we got to know doc isnt it. He has left.They should have informed us before, thats my point.

Dr.kandpal is one of the best ENT doctors in Kumaon region, he briefs out to his patients well & is detail oriented.I took my mother to renowned names for treatment of pharnsytis in delhi & mumbai as well but finally she responded well to Dr.Kandpals treatment.he also is a nice human being.

Visited today morning with my father. Doctor Kandpal was very good and the way he tried to understand the problem and his communication was exceptionally well however disappointed only cause of the incident happened today. Out of the three staff one boy and girl were really good, except one aged lady (Lakshmi) was rude and her behaviour was pathetic. No service etiquettes and no manners of how to talk to the patients/customers. Her language, selection of words and way of talking was nothing short of shameful. Were highly disappointed with that. Please take care of such things before hiring, there are way more talented and deserving people out there looking for jobs.Edit: In our subsequent visits the lady was polite and courteous. We were glad to see the change.

Well doctor was quite good,but their manager tries to take extra money ,when I denied to give them price what they told and I asked that can I talk directly to the doctor then he suddenly asked in a diplomatic way that give us a particular price (still it was high) and told me not to tell anyone that we did this thing(it makes them able to fool others).well I think Pvt hospitals are befooling people in areas where people not much aware of the right price and thinking that hospital is not the place we should question about cost of service.See everyone will indulge in different services ,if all people will work like this kind of attitude then how our country work especially where people not believe in research before going to places like this.I mean peoples health so sensitive issue ,so this is my humble request dont try to embezzle money which you dont deserve.
