Great selection of used clothing, shoes, purses and all kinds of stuff. I liked how things were organized. We found 3 great items to round out my daughters Fall wardrobe. Not the cheapest place, but its clear theyve spent alot of time sorting through and bringing in a great selection.We will return!

Hidden gem of a thrift store here in Victoria!!!Beautifully curated items that are just waiting to get picked up! You wont be disappointed.The Staff here are friendly but not all up in your space and despite what others have written, Ive brought in a few of my items and theyve either paid me out on the spot or offered me store credit (which is what I almost always go for, lol) or taken nothing at all. Its a mixed bag with what theyre looking for and mainly seasonal. Cant hold high expectations when youre trying to sell your used things!They even take your items for donation to different non-profit organizations in town if you dont want anything back, very useful if youve come with like 4 giant tote bags, lol.All in all, great little spot on a busy intersection with plenty of character and all the vibes. Highly recommend 👍

SUCH A WASTE OF TIME FOR SELLERS!!! I checked the reviews before going to Pocket and I was hoping the comments wouldnt be true, but they were. I brought three big bags of clothes, great pieces in great shape and the lady with dark hair was working and said sorry but ill have to pass, were already really full and theres nothing in there that I dont already have when she didnt even look at everything. If the case was that theyre already so full, why didnt they mention that on the phone? They should atleast have a better system, than this horrible make an appointment system where they will take a look for a minute and tell you that they will pass on your items. They dont even take the time to review every piece. All she did was peek inside the three bags. Also, I was there for 20 minutes before she even started looking. Honestly would give this place a 0 star rating if I could. I will NEVER go back and I would not reccomend this place at all to anyone.

This store has a really great selection but unfortunately Ive been really disappointed with the staffs treatment of customers. Every time I go in they actively avoid engaging with customers (including an instance where one took a 15+ minute personal call while I was standing there waiting to see how much she was offering for my items). Most recently staff werent even wearing their masks even though the store was quite full. Really too bad since Ive always loved their items....

I like this shop but (for me) the cons are:- Little to no parking- Hours of operation are when they feel like itAs far as the poor reviews they all seem to be based on consigning clients, not shoppers. As a shopper, I spent at least an hour in the store and found quite a few items I liked. Yes they are extremely laid back to the point where sometimes it comes off as unprofessional. I’m guessing if they saw this they would think “my store, my rules”. Lol, it’s just how they come off to me and this isn’t the first store I’ve seen operated this way. Take it for what it is, leave it for what it isn’t.

I’ve been in here a few times now and ALWAYS end up finding two or three things, plus they are priced really well for the quality of clothing here. I love shopping when the blonde girl is working, she’s super friendly and always willing to help me find what I’m looking for. I met the owner once and she was a little rude while I was getting my stuff rung up at the till, otherwise 5 star thrift store!!

OK place for casual wear.

As someone who is not so fond of shopping, I can say the pocket clothing is now my favourite store in Victoria because of the cross section of good quality, affordable second hand clothing! The atmosphere inside is calming and inviting. With the small nature of the store it feels approachable to look through!In addition the staff there are excellent! Always kind, and you’re treated by a budgie🥰

Buyers seem to rate this place highly. Sellers, however, are almost unanimous in their reports of poor customer service. I agree 100% with the other disgruntled would-be sellers: the saleswoman asked me to leave my items and wait. She proceeded to chat on her cell for over 1/2 hour as I waited and then finally, without even a cursory glance at my items, informed me thank you but Im going to pass. If you are not going to buy from me, fine. But, please dont waste my time!

My favorite store in Victoria! I always find something cute here. If it was located closer to downtown Id probably be in here every day! Staff are lovely and super chill. They just let me do my thing and are there if I need it

My go to for retail therapy, almost my entire wardrobe is from this place. Im always guaranteed to find something to happily bring home, and they have some really unique stuff. Staff are friendly, but not ask you your name and check up on you every 5 minutes kind of service; very chill.

Shopped here multiple times and consigned for my first time here today. Great selection, fashionable items for reasonable prices. I dont think its as picked over as other places which means its easier to find that one-of-a kind item. As for consigning, the staff are courteous and honest about what they are interested in, and will offer you a reasonable cash or store credit offer. Definitely stop by the next time you need clothes :)

Awesome store, great selection and very friendly and helpful staff!

Came in with a bag of clothes for the staff to check out, they said they would do it while I was looking around. 20 minutes later they hadnt even touched the things I brought in, they were just talking and doing something else. I heard one of them say oh haha I forgot about that girls clothes. She came up to me without even looking at anything and said that they wouldnt accept any of my items because they didnt have any room at the moment. She didnt even grab my bag of clothes for me, just made me go get it off the ground where she left it. I didnt mind that they didnt want any of my things, I was just super disappointed by their lack of customer service.

Very cool selection of clothes/decor, plus the owner makes it super easy to sell your stuff - so much better than the other consignment stores in town!

Actually a really badass consignment store, seems to have quick turnover, and fun to explore. Way cooler than the location would suggest.

Ive given this shop more than 4 chances before writing this review and similar to another reviewer, if I could give it a 0 star I would. On one occasion I brought clothing for consignment and I was asked to wait for 20 mins only to be told she wouldnt take anything, without looking at my items. Im ok with being refused, just tell me off the bat you are not accepting. On other occasions the services was extremely poor until she realized I was actually buying something. The final straw was my most recent visit. I thought, why should I pay for feeling like Im begging for good service. Im all for locally own businesses but dont waste your time here.

This store is set up nicely and often carries beautiful items. However, my past few visits have been disappointing due to customer service. It is a small shop - one employee works at a time. Today, I was the only customer for half an hour. The employee was on her cell phone, not once acknowledged me, and actually left the store to vape. lol. I found beautiful dresses but didnt buy them.

Unbelievably bad service. The store is scheduled to open at 11am on Mondays, and when I got there, the open sign was on, it was past 11am, and no one was there. I waited for the time of 11:30ish which was written on a piece of paper stuck to the door. This turned into 12:10... Then after wasting more of my time going through my stuff, she said that she didnt have money to buy my clothing and that she had too much already and my stuff was too similar to what she already had. I would give this place zero stars if Google would let me.
