My family is regular customer of Wardrobe. On Dec15,2019 we went here to purchase winter wear. Purchased 2 item in total (brand madame, only). After purchasing it and using for the first time the material of Madame product get damaged and rua coming out of it.Contacted there and wardrobe told us to come and show the product. When we go there on Jan13,2020, an old uncle at counter refuses to do anything and misbehave with us, even computer operator and one more shop keeper who sold us that product didnt said anything to him. We politely explain our concern to him still he says aap krdo complaint, company wale hame exchange ni krte kharab maal. We were very disappointed with his words and and the way he treat is very poor.Getting damaged product from wardrobe in worst.

The owners itself are not co-operative, very rude behaviour.I went there to exchange a clothing item, the owner greeted me very well but as soon as he got to know i was there to exchange he started being rude.

Im totally impressed by his way of profession. Overall this is the better place to buy clothes as malls and stores in lashkar and nai sadak are very expensive.
