Excellent place for fitness in Guwahati.. I have been doing gym since last 4 month. Pure Guwahati me isse badiya gym nahi.. saying after lots of experience from various gym. Our Trainer Mr. Ezazul Bhai is my for father from last two months.Could place 10 star if Google would allow me to give..Dont think for any other gym in Guwahati if you can reach here.. Well equipped gym. Very friendly environment in the gym the staffs are very well behaved and polite. The gym conduct different types of challenges every week which lets you know your abilities and limits. I am getting trained under ezazul sir he is a professional trainer who well support you to push you through your limits and guide you through the right path.

Definitely one of the best gyms in ghy. Will get you all the equipments under one roof, are of the highest standards and best in class. The trainers as well as the manager is very friendly and always willing to help. The gym also has a mini food outlet with reasonable prices which will get you everything for your pre/post workout meal/snack. Highly recommended!

This gym has a great trainer Ezazul Haque he has a wide variety of techniques in his knowledge base and was very capable at giving corrections also he spends time not only on helping me thru the exercises, but educating me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging communications throughout the week.

A very good gym with a very good ambiance, i think it is the best gym in guwahati. All the staff r very cooperative and friendly and are very helpful. I should say it is a costly gym but worth paying it, its better to take a yearly membership. Almost all machines n equipments r available in this gym. There is also a room for yoga & zumba seperately. After a workout we can hv a shower / steam bath. The best part is that my PT Amlan is very helpful n within a month i could feel the changes of my body, he is a trainer cum friend to me. What i like most is that they maintained professionalism 👍

I have found this gym excellent,modern machines,great ambience.There is high positive vives in the Gym....the best part is My trainer Jamatia..he is very supportive and makes sure that his clients are always in best shape...he is such a good guy that he guides me even on the off days of training classes....pertinent to mention about the director Pawan...such a lovely person....high in PRThe food counter provides hygiene and healthy foods...I dont miss my amino drink viz. Fresh mix fruit juice daily after workout

Very bad experience I paid for yearly membership on 21st October 2018 till date no day wise plan has been shared.I was recommended Abhijit Saha as a PT who cribbed if I came regularly that he is supposed to train me only for 15 days and some months when I would be on office tour he would complain about my irregularity.Heights the manager Jamatia met him this morning he claims to be unaware about the absence of clients who are not coming for more than 45 days.I asked him dont you do any review with your trainers.His reaction was award winning he kept starring at me as if I will be intimidated by him. These people are in service industry and they forget that.Only thing this manager knows is to ask his front office staff to follow up for money without bothering whether the client is comming or not.Dont these callers report.And if they do these type of managers are too busy to even bother.He should be taught lesson on how to behave with clients lacks etiquette.

I have done my workout in several gyms through out many places but I really loved fit7 guwahati for many reasons. The jerai machines which are just amazing to workout with and most importantly the gym environment which is filled up with dedicated people all around. The working staff starting from the front desk till the house keeping are so helpful and kind, the trainers and helpers are motivating and very dedicated.. Two people with whom I interacted and loved their work, Kwsrang jamatia who is really an amazing person and I truly believe he is an asset to the Gym, he is packed up with so much of knowledge and positivity with zero arrogance or anything negative, lastly vargabi Boro who explained me everything about the gym and their available offers when I enquired about Fit7 for the first time and yeah she did it so good... Best wishes to the team and keep up the good work..
