I visited the store on 16th July/18. After entering, I had to wait for about 10 minutes, then someone came and I asked what is the solution of the problem of my spectacle which I bought in February/2017. NO ,we cant do anything, you have not maintained it properly, youll have to change it, pay for it etc. etc. That was the straightway reply! The response was very bad. On purchasing day so many good things were told like dont worry. The specs is super quality, you will be satisfied. You need not come again, even if, we will take care. Never go to this store.
