First of all I Wana inform you that this Bank is really slow, all the workers are slow, their Internet connection is also slow which is offcourse BSNL...CM BM are not productive...total waste of time comming here. Please Assam Government do something about this SBI branch... even all the Govt. workers also get stuck here which means all our Govt. proceedings are also being slow... Thats all🙏

This is my second time after 5 years nothing changed. Worst experience.. the employees have a really bad attitude. Very irresponsible.. non of the tokens that we were given were not called .so people entered the counter without token number being called. They simply start misbehaving and shouting at people.. without even asking the matter ..

I dont know why almost half of the bank counters was empty....now in this pandemic... so many people came for passbook updates but Max 2 counter opened for updation others half of the bank was empty....and passbook updation staff behaviour was soo bad.....

One of the largest SBI branches of Assam.

Most modernised SBI branch in Guwahati. The staff are good and efficient in their action, some of them especially courteous and well mannered like the people in the Demat section and FD section. The people in the demat section are extremely welcoming as well. Dedicated staff available for mutual funds as well. The parking space nearby has adequate space although it is situated at a bit of a distance. The place has plenty of Cash deposit machines, so you dont have to stand in long queues to deposit cash. The place is well organized, very clean and extremely spacious which is fortunate as the place gets very crowded at times. There are two downsides, a lack of available lockers(the waiting list has over 70 people at present) and if someone is planning on visiting the regular counters, they might have to wait quite a while during the busy days for their number to come up on the screen. Overall the place is very decent and an excellent SBI branch to open your account in Guwahati with the added benefit of being situated right at the heart of the capital.

Everytime I visit this bank, I suffer from anxiety and high blood pressure because of the pathetic behavior of the staff.

All works are carried out systematically. For any banking related activities, one should take TOKEN first.

Many of the counters remain unstaffed making a large section of the crowed waiting for hours.An automatised passbook printing kiosk.is required as people have to wait even 3hour plus to get their pass book printed ..A single window operation is definitely less than sufficient for the purpose

They only know how to collect money from customers. But they forget about their dues. I worked as a temporary data entry operator here. I provided all my details including bank account and bill. I also went there almost three times to do the enquiry. Though the amount I should get is not huge but service sector like SBI, I couldnt even imagine that they could also do this kind of thing. They embezzled my money.

Very worst and lazy people in this bank my STDR cheque not deposited yet after a year how can we believe them? They always committed but they are liar also some bank employee was very bad behave with me..Also I am requesting that please do me a favor please deposit my cheque to my submitted account.

The office is really well organised, fast service and really professional employees with great customer response. The queue management is superb and the employees really try to help each customer with full dedication. One of the very best SBI branch of Guwahati i must say.

Disgusting service. I dont know why state bank employees behave so arrogantly as if in this world only they have work and they are busy, we people have no work and can come daily to bank and spend whole day waiting in queue. Most of the counters have no staff...the counter where staff is there, there is huge queue, and still the person works so slowly as if theres no computer and everything is to be done manually. And lunch time has to be honoured no matter what, even if there are senior citizens waiting for their turn since morning.

Neat and clean environment

It is a very busy branch. Lots of Government transactions are also executed by this branch. Though some staffs are slightly helpful to customer, some are not so and non-coperative. Sometimes quarrel between staff and customers are also seen. Today I visited to print the PPF passbook. The passbook printing machines are non-functional. Even the public customer care desk could not guide me where I shall be able to print the PPF passbook.

Situated at the heart of Guwahati city. Very near to the Assam Secretariat. The bank have all the banking services covered under one hood. Staffs are friendly and co-operative.

Went there but waste of time. Big bank in crowded palce not a good place to visit. Take long enough to wait in line.

Deposite machine is not working .

One of the biggest and bussiest bank of Guwahati with huge transactions performed daily through many windows. Good amenities and facilities available. The staff are very polite and customers oriented.

It takes too much time to drawing money. I have experienced three hrs.

Sbi main bank requires more systamic approch specially for elderly people for updation

Very slow and irresponsible officers. They dont have any cooperation among themselves and they try to avoid their responsibility. Half of their machines are not working.

Best SBI branch then the rest . There is lot of space for parking. Almost 4 or 5 ATMs. Beside this there is also 2 pass book machine which makes easier to update our passbook.
