Gentle and beautiful ambience. Assamese thali was also nice, but it could have been better if served with some mild warm.

I love our traditional ethnic thalis and this place is among those rare places where the most authentic Assamese thalis are served. The taste, the dishes, the ambience, the staff- everything was so good. And the owner himself takes personal care of customers. Cant wait to visit again. Those who havent been there, must give it a try.

Very good food quality. I loved their dish...speacilly the presence of Kathalguti in the Dali made me so happy. Also the poita vat was so special. The behavior and the serving quality was so impressive. I just loved this place.

I had been to this place before many times when it was in the Commerce College location. The food was then delicious. After visiting the place for more than 7 years, I found the quality of the food also the service very bad. The rice served to me was half cooked, also the duck meat and other items were not upto the mark as to the price which is very high compared to the quality and service provided by them. I was very disappointed to visit and have lunch in Majulir Asanj after a long time. If possible I would have given half star rating to it..

Thali not worth 180.Items are too plain.Had tasted the mutton pigeon n fish curry.The mutton was good.Rest low spice.Staff behaviour was much appreciable thou.

Its a restaurant serving traditional Assamese food. Menu comprises of rice , vegetables, dal, variety of fish and meat items. Limited choice for vegetarian. But good for people who likes fish, chicken , pork , pigeon, duck , mutton etc.It should be noted that these items are prepared in an traditional manner so it might be little bland for North Indian taste buds.
