Rooms are just okay. But the food is AMAZING!!! Staff are super friendly and supportive, they will ensure all your needs are taken care of. If you speak Assamese, they will be your next family members they are that caring. I think my experience says it all about my stay in this Hotel.Until next one!Cheers

Good budget hotel near market place of fancy bazar. The location is nice and nearby railway station as well. The staff was courteous and accomodating and I found it best about this hostel. Although other things like AC and toilet condition could have been better, I give them 4 star only because of staff politeness and understanding nature.Restaurant was good too with buffet breakfast with good options from juice to boiled eggs, chole bhature, bread jam etc... It was really nice.

Rooms are very compact. Bucket had a hole, phone were not working but the complementary breakfast were nice.

We stayed here for a night, so our exposure to the stuff, food and amenities are very limited. Its location is superb, very close to the Guwahati Railway Station. Its surrounded by markets catering to all your needs like food, grocery, shopping mall etc. Food is good though dinner was served very late. Our room had a bigger than king size bed with comfortable nice mattress. Bathroom has running hot water but we didnt get any in the morning. There may be more luxurious rooms with better facilities but our room was good for our purpose of night halt. Probably they need to be little more polished and professional but with the kind constant flow of guests that may not be very important to the management.

Every time I visited guwahati, I stayed in this hotel.Superb room comparing to its orice tag.Staff are too friendly. Provide good breakfat meal with the coupon.Beside the road, U can easily get bus trains cab from here.

Like it ..i visited 3 times and everytime i was leaving the hotel with smile of satisfaction.. best place for comfortable stay in this price.. rooms are small but it is okay when you are only planning to stay and take rest here.. really supportive staff..bathrooms are clean and hygiene..also you can have good view of overbridge from the lift.. during night.. from the fourth floor bridge looks awesome and nostalgic for me.. breakfast is awesome and tasty..

I have been to The Rialto( its restaurant, to be specific) . The restaurant is a splendid place , they prepare good, clean food and they have a very sober ambience which is very calming. The quality of the food is good , I would not say expectional but yeah, It is worth eating more than once and they charge very decently. The quantity of the food provided is great especially if you are going in groups or for small family get-together sort of stuff. I have no idea about the rooms or their conditions but they should not be so bad as per the overall appearance of the hotel. The location is extremely good as you have a bus stand, auto stand nearby and it is so close to the Railway station , other areas of interest such as fancy bazaar and paltan bazar.

This is 4th time to me in rialto. Prime location in panbazar guwahati. Walking distance from Rly station. Warm hospitality with clean room with all facilities. 24×7 hot water. All staffs are very cordial and helpful. Restaurant food is good. In a nutshell a very good and safe hotel in Guwahati.

The room was small and I had some issues with the cleanliness part. I mean the bathroom had a dirty look,... the commode, basin and the bathroom floor looked as if they had been demanding for a face-lift for quite some time, even though I would add that the bathroom as a whole was not dirty. I had serious issues with the toiletries provided. Why? Because I had a feeling that, except for the shampoo sachets, the bar of soap was not factory packed (recycled?). There was no charging port for my mobile in the room. The complementary Breakfast was not to my liking. The tea was good though.......

A 2 -3 * hotel situated in market and Near by river Brahmaputra. Approx distance form Airport is 23 km. I specially like their small local fish which is fried and served with masala onion gravy.

Google is not allowing to give 0 stars...Had worst experience in the Restaurant during complimentary breakfast, Staff name: Rahul, his attitude was the worst behavior I have seen anywhere. We had 3 kids in our group and we asked if they are going be keep anything else on the buffett @ 7:10am (breakfast starts at 7am), he said thats all and have not even offered to toast the breads for the children. At 7:40am service staff kept corn Flakes which irritated us a lot since kids would have taken that otherwise. While complaining all this to the manager, he is asking if we need his address and any more information (threatening/worst attitude). He also suggested us to use same spoon to mix Coffee and tea/milk, when asked, for Rs.150 this is all you get was his reply. I have informed manager that we dont want to see him when we have our breakfast the next day and manager promised to take action. Next day even though we didnt see him during breakfast, he was still there during checkout (not sure what was the action taken).Highly discourage anyone to book this hotel, didnt feel safe!The main fact you have failed to highlight.. during the course of breakfast, you wanted to put a complete bunch of banana which have been prevented what angers you much

All the services are good but the restorent service is very worst. One can not eat food there. They are providing wastage food only.

Although the staff at the hotel are polite and helpful and the location is excellent, the room was pretty cramped; the bathroom/toilet more so with very little room while bathing....the toilet, wash basin and shower are too close to each other for comfort. Breakfast was average quality compared to other hotels in Assam.

Rooms are very uncomfortable due to its small size, you cant get your dressings and eating done, in this budget one can get better option easily, location is overrated is on a wholesale market, too crowdy and small lanes ola/Uber find difficult to reach, not recommend at this price.

Cleanliness very poor, cockroaches in dining area,rooms size are so small,breakfast is not so good ,bad smell in enternce door,we booked executive rooms but we got delux rooms and told that we dont have excutives rooms,and the did not return the amount.
