Extremely Bad behavior of Sales Executives. EXTREMELY RUDE. The Sales Executives doesnt know how to behave with customer. When i asked for different size of item, he was absolutely ignoring and spending time with gossiping with other female colleagues. He was not even interested to sale than spending time gossiping.

Bad experience with their Profit card as it expired during Covid last year. I had paid rs 10,000 but remaining rs 1,800 they have fore fitted as I did not use the card. I will escalate the matter and then accordingly change my comments and rating.

Very bad experience for home delivery service. One is bound to wait for their delivery even for 4 hrs after the expiry of scheduled time because customer has paid the money. They are not at all bothered about delivery. Continuously calling but no response.

The temperature maintained inside the store is horrible, seems they have kept the air conditioning off.

Huge space inside and each and everything are there to buy. Such as clothes, groceries, daily needs, bakery items, dry fruits, vegetables, fruits, ladies and gentlemen garments, readymade food and frozen food. Location is very awesome Surrounded by good and genuine crowd. Sometime they give good offer too, good for quick shipping and monthly grocery........... My suggestion is please keep all local brand as well.

Hell to be in with the current staffing levels and cost cutting measures of shutting the ac .

MRP written on some Products doesnt match with Billing. Try to cheat.

Very nice and big place to shop from. Has a ton of variety and a great place to buy from with minimum price over the market. Also quite a good place to buy your electronic items from as they have everything to demo to you and have quite a good schemes always as well as good discount on every items. Staff is also good and helping here.

Excellent place for shopping lovers. electronics food grocery bakery, crockery plastics, clothes men women kids wear items available. one can avail discount time to time on counter by enrolling mobile number.many people are working to manage the store. you may find people selling credit card inside, travel deals and many others. one can avail on spot discount from discount section or on spot announcement. over all if you donot purchase anything, its still a good place to time pass and visits.

Big Bazaar is in basement of Omax Mall. You can shop groceries and garments from this place. Store is quite big and contains lots of clothes.

The management needs to understand about crowd management. If there is a long queue at the check out counters, then you need to increase the number of open counters, somehow whenever I have visited there, this has been missing. For many items that I picked up, there was no bar code on the packing, thus it could not be billed. Looking at the long queue I decided not to purchase those items.If you value your time, avoid this one.

There are various types of many shops and also store of Big Bazar.

Its a big name for Super Market. But after Covid-19 plg dont visit there because limited stock are available. Some stokes are out dated. So plg avoid to visit there for some time for shopping for house hold items.

Without wasting any time & without any doubts, I shall say- Hopeless.Stock, Staff, Service - Everything was hopeless, waiting to die, till then just passing the time.....

Big bazaar gives great variety of discounts on all products. They also have clothes and bags all on discounted price. The one issue i face in every bigbazaar is billing line and the time they take to complete a billing process. Limited stuff available compared to other big bazaars.

There was a pungent smell in big bazaar today. The environment was absolutely disgusting. The ac was switched off and really less products were available.The staff were really rude, when questioned they just ignored us and continued to gossip.This happened with me in February too, the cashier was extremely rude.

This big bazaar is small compared to ambience mall. Variety of fruits and vegetables are less.In last 3-4 visit, seen cocroaches on vegetables, so stoped buying open items. Over weekend in evening, rush is high so took half an hour or more to get your stuff billed.This store dont have toys.Limited electric items

I use to visit around once a month and great place.. Also the service boy are great but few of them are not also.. You will probably not find all the items but you will find most of them.. You will not wait more than 15 minutes for your billing..

Great place for groceries and apparels. These guys are usually very courteous and helpful. I regularly visit this store as there are lucrative deals and discounts quite often. They even let you take the stroller to your personal vehicle or cab. I would recommend it dearly.

Near by Big Bazaar that was in spledze mall is closed permanently, so now Omaxe Mall Bigbazaar is working on Sohna Road.Parking charges are Rs.30 for two wheelers and valid for 3 hours only.After that charges 10 Rs. Per hour.

They have a very good inventory and you can expect to get all the items you are looking for. But this store is a more expensive as compared to other stores. I have realized most of the items are cheaper in reliance smart as compared to this store. I was a regular buyer of this store but after couple of visits to reliance smart I switched there.

Very disappointing, Recently they have shifted from spaz to Omax city centre on Sohna road, and their map is showing wrong location. Due to this u need to park ur vehicle next mall and will face convient. They claimed to be hypermarket but even they dont have washroom to facilitate......

Almost every item is available there, such as food, vegetables , crockery, utensils, clothing, electronics (TV refrigerator, speaker, washing machines, vacuum cleaner ,etc), personal care, home decor, etc etc etc. all your needs can be fulfilled at one go pretty good offers are available all the time. Billing there is a time consuming process you need to wait for at lease 20 to 25 minutes to bill your items even they dont even provide a carry bag for free even if you shop for 3000 +, overall good place to shot must visit once

Big bazaar has a reasonably good stock of groceries, vegetables, fruits, home & kitchen items/ appliances, clothings, fashion wear, personal care items etc . at very reasonable rates. On specific days, you have attractive deals and offers. In general, it is a place where middle income group can get value for their money.

I don’t visit here too often as most of grocery is done online these days. Anyway, one can visit this shop for decent deals and variety of home stuff not limited to grocery. Overall, it’s not very big as some of other Big Bazaars

Again I was here for some shopping at Big Bazaar. One of the oldest mall in Gurgaon and serves the purpose for a budgetary shopping. The night clubs here are not so great as the crowd is mostly locals and of downgrade, so better to avoid.
