Very Bad Experience !!These people dont deserve to be at such place. I dont know how these stores are assigned to such people.Unprofessional behavior, no hospitality , always busy on call. Customer has to wait till he finish their call.I ported my number from reliance to vodafone 6 month earlier and they asked me to pay Rs 250 as security money. 1 Month earlier i went there to convert my postpaid number to prepaid and asked for security money. First they told me that they will adjust in the monthly bill later on replied that you will get a cheque from vodafone and told me to go another vodafone store for prepaid transfer.Today i went another vodafone store for prepaid transfer. They all did very good job but after asking about security money they told me that Sir, there is no money deposited from your side and system is not showing any security money and share his screen with me. I found there is no amount displayed.I returned back to the vodafone store from where i ported my sim. I found shop closed but you can see in the image their desk of sim selling is still out there. They looted my security money. I am going to raise a complain to nodal officer. Lets see what happens ?

Here Vodafone executives dont know anything.They dont know what to do.They dont do anything just say evey time that-come tomorrow, person is not available.They dont listen querry and complaint of the customer.Please dont visit this store.I have visited here so many times but they could not solve my problem and said that go to other stores.
