Very bad behaviour of Staff... room are small...Non trained staff

Other than a bigger room, my stay was horrible. After placing order for dinner at 8.29pm , it was finally served on 9.40pm. In between, i had to remind them twice.The boy plead,due to check in pressure , he forgot about the order.Next day, as we needed hot water for shower at around 10.30am, reception informed that the centralised geyser system needs 1 hour to start performing. Hence he sent couple of buckets of hot water.Food was good though. So, in case I stay here once again, though chance is very slim, i would like to see these issues are resolved.

Very nice room service. Overall they really provide 5 star experience facilities and services.

The service was good. But, the location is really bad. You need a car or taxi to reach their from the nearest metro station. The rooms are just fine for 2 people. If you include a third person then it may be a bit tight.

Staffs are very friendly. The hotel rules and procedure are flexible too. I always prefer for business trip. Prefer room 202 for best experience.

Only one star because of the following reasons:1) NO HOT WATER!They told me to run the water for 15 minutes and even after that there was non!2) STINKY ROOM!The room smelled like it has been smoked in. When I called the reception and asked for a non-smoking room the man said all rooms are non-smoking, but if you want you can smoke in the bathroom!!! That is NOT how non-smoking policy works! They should really look up how to run their hotel.3) NO INTERNET!WiFi was not working and when I called again the front desk they said that they can move me to another room for better WiFi. Again that’s not how WiFi works! So if you need to work from there, I would not recommend it.

Loved this hotel.Nice rooms. Spacious too. Room service is great. Staff is wonderful and cooperative.Great service. Loved the food . Hotel Location is great too. Mode of transportation is easily available too. Cyber Hub is nearby too. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Comfortable and price is up to mark too. But usually this place always runs out of room.

I stayed at The Maple Leaf on one of my business trips to Gurgaon. I was pleasantly surprised by the property, room service and the overall cleanliness of the place. The location of the guesthouse is also very central and easy to commute to DLF Cyber City (where I had to visit for work). The hotel staff is also very helpful.I would rate this place 5 stars for what it offers understanding the price point they are selling at.Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Gurgaon :)

This is one of best and decent hotel in Gurgaon. Hotel is good.....Rooms are good and clean.....washroom and bathroom are also clean Hotel Staff is cooperative. Their breakfast menu is excellent. They provide vide range options in breakfast like South Indian, North Indian, Bread Butter, Jam, Toast, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Puris, Aloo Sabji, Parantha, Kulcha and a lot More. Service is also good. I liked very much.

Hotel location is good near to DLF cyber city and other many offices. They have very minimum staff and are good. Direct booking with hotel will cost you more. Cost of food seems to be high and quality of food is acceptable as there are no other good options nearby. Though they try to keep the rooms clean, need to change those aged chairs and curtains which will change the ambience drastically.

Centrally located in Gurgaon. Space of the room is sufficient. its only for stay and has no restaurant. Orders are to be placed on the limited menu available and qty supplied will be sufficient, can order extra if prepaid and no extra charge.Bathroom door was not closing properly. No open space for people to move around corridor.

Hotel is very Good. Staff are very attentive and quick. Restaurant is OK, but slow in response. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Need to improve on amenities. But hotel is very noisy, even anyone talking in next room it is very clearly audible.

Very good staff (especially Himanshu, Chandan and Ravi). Clean and a Family friendly hotel. Mostly IT corporate guests. Nice location...walking distance (within 1 km) to Cyber City. In-house dining (room service)...overall it was very good experience. will visit again.

Value for money ,Its a value for money and well connected to cyber hub. one should not have high expectations but over all a decent stay. I stayed thrice thus didnt find much problem. one can stay here with average amount spent. wifi creates bit problem but got rectified later

Location is good, as it is within 10 minutes walking distance to Cyberhub. But the hotel itslef is ill managed. The lifts dont work. And rooms smelled of alcohol when we checked in. Bathrooms were not in good condition either.

Budget Hotel, Good food and close proximity to institution area, cyber hub and udyog vihar makes it a preferred choice. The area is clean, posh, secured and quiet from any vehiclular noise. Food is also good.

Good place to stay for a single lady traveler ! Even though the property seems a little aging, it was absolutely clean with new linen & towels. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room service and food was also fine. Breakfast is served in the room.

Great stay. Friendly people. Only issue was hot bathing water which they resolved by bringing in two buckets of piping hot water. They even gave extra blankets and a room heater.

Worst Hotel ever visited. 100% Staffs from Bihar and uneducated and untrained. BEWARE- PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR WINDOWS BEFORE CHECKIN AND BEFORE ENTERING UR ROOM. Bad experience. They have an unwritten but very strict rule that no guest can stay in ur room with u after 8 pm. Even a minute beyond 8pm is not acceptable to them.
