One of the worst experiences with so-called finest premium properties.the check-in took almost 3 hours and in spite of the same the staff was unapologetic. As there was no space to sit in the lobby/reception due to a group check-in before us the manager made our family sit at the restaurant, when my family was sitting there the waiter came 3-4 times to check for food order which is ok, but when they did not order as we had lunch on the way he said itni der se baith ho aapme kuch order hi nahi kiya ( youve been sitting since long but have not ordered anything) it was insulting!they claim to have 3 restaurants but when we asked for a reservation at another restaurant they told us that they are generally occupied so its better to have dinner at the same restaurant whereas the other restaurant was available.they gave us a room which in which the back garden was under construction when we called the reception to check they said you already have a garden in front there no need for the backyard worst hospitality!

A very different experience within outskirts of Gurgaon. It seems we are off to some jungle safari to say the least. Good fun including cycle riding along 4 km stretch ... One should have it to take a break from routine life within concrete jungle.

We were there for a weekend and it was a wonderful stay. The best part is the greenery and the nature sounds you enjoy in spite of being in the middle of NCR.Villas are nice, spacious and well equipped. Multiple restaurant options are available for meals.Alot of activities like swimming, cycling, farm visit, nature walk to keep people across age groups involved.

Nice property for weekend getaway.Filled with all the amenities one would require to relax.There are tents and villas. You would get more benifits if you book villa. Overall a nice experience.

1.5 kms away from highway, noise & pollution free..good for chill out holiday, ...the layout & greenery & landscaping is heartwarming ...u should be willing to part with a hefty room tariff...

Visited the place yesterday with my friend. Being girls, initially we were hesitant about the safety as it is far from the main city but our doubts were cleared as soon as we entered the property. It’s a beautiful place, sustainably built, spread in acres of land far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great experience - a relaxing stay! Duplex is good for group and food is amazing! Various activities, spa and club on site.

A very luxurious stay near gurugram city. It was peaceful and full of excitement.

We are regretting our decision to stay at this property for the following reasons: Really small room and bathroom, a menu that doesnt have the comfort food one hopes for, food that is too salty and the rooms smell musty. The only plus: good staff and a McDonalds that is located right outside the property, a true savior as we dreaded ordering from the strange and overpriced menu. Picture this: 6 momos and 3 small spring rolls for 900 bucks. It was our first wedding anniversary, needless to say were disappointed but hey, were surviving a pandemic so Karma Chalets gave us some more perspective - free of cost, or maybe not. Dont expect value for money, expect a 300-acre property trying to keep itself running through gimmicks and photos that are too nice to be real. Thank me later because hopefully this review saved you a sad visit.

Property is huge but not fully utilised, less enjoyable if go with kids in summer, as no indor playing zone. Studio Mangolia room is bathroom is so tiny even for single person to take bath. Room tariff is unjustified.Even swiming pool is common with there club members and which is too far from rooms. I just lot more properties for couple with same tariff are far better. Save ur money and time. Thank Me Later.

Had a bloody wonderful time !! The green surrounding , the birds chirping early in the morning , no loud sounds of cars honking , so peaceful !! Wow !! The food at pizza bay was amazing specially their pepperoni pizza and the sandwich and coffee at ON KOURSE was 5/5 !! Loved every second of it !! Thank you foe the wonderful experience

The resort was B grade. Could have been maintained better. Heater didnt function. Also, this is a place people visit with families and elderly people need a cart to atleast take them to and fro facikities. A golf cart with better frequency and as a regular service would make it much better as far as amenities go. Some staff tried to make money on the side by offering cycles at discounted rates. One particular restaurant attendant was snooty and rude. However the bad experiences were more than made up by the main desk supervisor and his hospitality as well as the manager at the restaurant. The quiet and greenery was a good getaway from the city.

The property is amidst nature, very beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Everything from staff to service is amazing. I loved how eco friendly they are and driven towards contributing to nature. The vegetables and fruits that the restaurants serves come from their own farm which is why its fresh and tasty. The spa there is worth giving a try. I loved my stay there and would recommend this place to everyone 100%.

Stayed at Karma Chalets to celebrate my Wifes Birthday. Opted for Lions Den - a unit with 3 Bed Rooms and 3 attached Bath rooms with a 4th bath room in the Lobby. Right from planning the booking, Actual booking, reaching the Property and Stay there - the folks were Awesome!! Noteworthy being Mr. Akshya Sethi - VP Operations; Azharuddin - Assistant Manager - front office, the lady at the reception, who decorated our room, the restaurant manager who ensured a low potassium meal for my wife. One more person, whose name I forgot to ask - The lady who probably owns the resort - was fabulous. She brims with positive vibes and helped my wife who had become unwell there with inner strength and will power. The property is Very Nice but it is made Excellent by the people helm of affairs.Thanks Team Karma Chalets for the Unforgettable time for us!! My daughter is pestering me for another trip there :)

Once u enter the property, its completely different from nearby area, calm ,clean n fresh. reception ppl are very polite n helpful. adjoining reception area is Under the neem restaurant, which has open n covered sitting. all rooms are non smoking rooms. rooms n lawn are beautifully developed n well maintained. no room service in rooms. klub karma is walking distance. klub karma u enjoy swimming pool, obstacle games, kids area, open gym n restro-bar. pool is well maintained . u can go for cycling (recommend) or book a ride of property by e rickshaw. we saw rabbits, peacocks , fox n lot of birds.overall a relaxing weekend, value for money. must visit, especially with kids.

Or have enrolled for any type of coaching. Other wise people who want to try are not allowed to play golf.Property is huge.They have normal rooms , villas and the best are Tents.Tents are unique as no other property offers Tents stay.Service is fast. Room service is fast.Social distancing is maintained properly.Everywhere sanitizer bottles are available.

Amazing resort with Golf Course, spread out in huge area with natural resources kept intact. Resort is clean and comfortable and hygienic. Big conference hall is sufficient to accommodate 70-80 participants. Food is average. Limited varieties in breakfast, non veg is average except fish fry. Resort is majorly booked by corporates for team building activities, sports etc. Huge playgrounds are available for Cricket or Football or any outdoor activities. They also have indoor gamea available throughout the day like TT, Carrom, swimming pool is also big, clean and hygienic. Rooms are available in ground floor and first floor, beautifully furnished with modern amenities, however the size is small. Front and back of the rooms are full of natural plants and trees with hammock in trees. Overall the place is peaceful, comfortable, great for golf course lovers, to spend one or two nights. Parking is available. Staff is courteous and helpful.

My favorite thing about the place, is that Photos in all the rooms are clicked and curated by the family which runs the place.Be it the 1bhk Studio Magnolia and Rabbits Burrow ,  2 bhk called sparrows nest  or Eagles perch,  3 bhk aptly named lions den, or a host of villas that are 4bhk options that each have a different style.Cute E-Carts drive you around from one villa to another or to the 9 hole Golf Course,  or to the swimming pool and restaurant,  or to a place with a trampoline and a climbing area for children and for adults!With forest trails, space for exhibition and displays, sporting activities,  to restaurants,  bar,  golf,  and so much more,  I can see how karma Lakelands could make for a leisure destination,  or for social and corporate events,  or perhaps even an artists retreat and exhibition space!

Nice place to stay..can enjoy peace

Great product and service was superb

In Gurgaon its a green piece of land (a golf course). Ambience is good but not great, on weeknds non golfers are not allowed to roam around the sides of the course . Food is average, service is also average. People coming on bikes are treated differently as compared to guests coming in a car! which was quite weird and not appreciable. Its a one time visit to enjoy some greenery and play golf.

KC is a vast property, its not very far from Delhi. Experience peace, nature and greenery here. If you want to avoid hustle and bustle of city life then head to this place.It is so quite that you are not at allowed to honk your vehicle. Bicycles are available to tour the place. Reception area and near by places are impeccably designed and maintained. Under the neem area was aesthetically very attractive, there is a swing tied to the tree and a big chess board near it, a g8 place for selfies.There are many kind of rooms here. I opted for Eagles Perch and I found it beautiful. Dont opt for studio Magnolia that is small in size.Food was OK OK. Variety is very less in food and there are designated smoking zones so dont smoke at any other place.

Its a really big and beautiful place , with full of greenery and trees. There is ample of parking space. Food served is really delicious but service is delay only because there are less chefs available. Lot of activities are there to do like badminton, tennis, indoor and outdoor swimming, table tennis. There is lot swings for kids too.

Heaven on earth. No place seen like this. But strictly for people who value and respect a noise free living.

The greenery is undeniably soothing and refreshing especially so very near and almost in the midst of a concrete jungle.

Great ambience, lush and green. Food quality and choice is excellent. One must try the Cafe adjacent to the reception for its unique ala-carte spread. Rooms are comfortable for a weekend getaway but the management could do better with maintenance of the room/bathroom lights and fittings which are loose and rickety in most cases considering that 5star rates are being charged. What is most ridiculous is an unwritten/unpublicised rule prohibiting use of video cameras but allowing use of mobile phones for still photography- nobody will tell you this when you check in but a guard at the Klub Karma will inform you when he sees you carrying one.How ridiculous. What is it that today’s 4K cell phones cannot capture which a Cam can- discriminatory and may not auger well for the resort in the long run.

Its good, if youre okay with the fact that your bill includes the maintenance cost of this huge place.

The single room in studio for double occupancy doesnt do justice with the cost. The washroom is extremely cramped and no one would like to have that small washrooms when you enter a property with a five star amenity and high standards. This property is gud when somebody books the entire studio. There should be min room service of tea n coffee available. In absence of kitchenette in the single occupancy moving to restaurant for even a gud cup of indian tea feels tormenting. Otherwise the land parcel is gud n quite .the club is also functional. Food at club is tasty. Bouffet Breakfast can b better again looking at the cost.

It was a really very good experience. Location wise it was ok and near to the highway. The staff was good and very cooperative. Food that they provided was good. Overall 4/5 for the stay.

The place is beautiful, rooms are good, huge open space, nature walk is great. The issue is with room service, they dont have it in the morning, and after 1030 the restaurant closes. So negative points for that.

Excellent property. They have a couple of vegetable gardens, a great club with indoor and outdoor sports, spots to see peacocks, foxes, and other wild animals, an animal farm (highlight is the goat-dog, shes adorable), a small honeybee niche, and cycles and electric carts to move around.
