Great place to work and learn new things

Bigstep technologies are the most incompetent, lying team of developers I have come to work with. Their work is incomplete, does not work as described and there service is poor. Every time they fix something they break something. 2 year old bugs turn up again and again. I do not suggest anyone waste their time with this company or your money. 5 years and we have still not got a functioning site or apps that work even close to as advertised. They extort more money out of you by attempting to get you to pay a dedicated developer to solve the problems with your site that are caused by their own team and caused intentionally. They ensure that their products are coded in a way that will force you to pay more for custom work. The custom work they do does not work and often creates more problems. It’s a never ending cycle. They are frauds. They will also bribe there customers to get good reviews on their software plugins and pages like this one. They have done it to me. I’ve even had my entire site deleted by accident by their incompetent developers. There are 1000s of things I could add to this. Do not be their test subject and waste your money. Anyone else that has had a similar experience feel free to contact me at [email protected] $100, 000 down the drain.

Work life Balance: I liked the daily standup meeting here. Work-life balance depends on project to project. My project was cool. The Company uses various Project Management Tool so it is easy for us to Manage their work hours there and we can have good flexibility there.Salary, Compensation, and Benefits: Very good.
