Pathetic service and the most rude owner or phone attendant you may ever encounter. Thinks yelling would make him right, the stupidest of attempts. Don’t waste our time and money here as better options are available all over.

Rate they charge for the food is way too high as compared to the taste and food quality. Will not prefer this restaurant next time. Theres no sign of Bengali Aroma in the food.

Ordered food through Zomato and the restaurantsent rotis made of stale flour. When I called them to tell that the rotis given are stale and asked them to replace which they denied saying its late and they could not do anything today. So I went to the restaurant myself and to return the food. The mutton kosha was also supposed to be a gravy but it almost had no gravy. Anyway we spoke to the owner Anoop Das from the restaurant and he shrugged the responsibility totally and put it on Zomato. He said the restaurant did not give stale rotis and the same must have been changed by Zomato and told us off to speak to Zomato instead.Totally unacceptable behaviour on their part specially the owner who would not take responsibility of their wrong doings.Would never think of even going there again let alone order.

Had radhaballavi and kosha chicken at the Durga Puja pandal. Rs 220 for two small pieces of chicken and two radhaballavi. The chicken tasted as if it wasn’t properly cooked even though tall claims were made by the seller about ‘the aroma and taste of Bengal’.

I am from Bengal and after missing authentic bengali food since long, i went there with much expectations but become utterly disappointed.. they completely lack the aroma of bengal... Food is flavourless and complete waste of money... portion quantity is also too less....Will never visit again
