Went to this restaurant...the food was awesome and quantity was also very good....price is reasonable..I suggest everyone to go to this restaurant.

I was impressed by the reviews and cuisines they were offerings and planned to visit today but unfortunately the unprofessional manager/executive they have assigned to talk to the customers does not have basic ethics to talk. I just raised my query regarding Halal and its certification, he took few seconds to respond and later on asking about the certification he got a mood swing and replied - Aapko lena hai to lijiye itna sawaal mat puchiye. Thanx for showing the kind hospitality within a second. We were about to visit for a party but seems like the unethical and poorly trained executive lost the business. So, guys dont expect for any sort of hospitality from their side and obviously they might not be offering Halal food. Thankfully I got saved.

They serve great food and of good quality. Located in sector 28, gurgaon. Nearly 1 km away from MG Road metro station. Give it a try if you are living in sector 28. Good for single students and employees. This is the only true bengali restaurant nearby.

The ambiance of this restaurant will make you feel the rich heritage and the culture Bengali community has got. Simply simple and too Mishti. I loved the place and love the food. Just the same taste that you get in the streets of Kolkata. Friendly behaviour of the owner. Chicken kosha and roti/rice at rs.120 !!. Superb Biryani. Awesome Rolls. This place is worth every penny spent. Now I dont have to go to C.R park cuz I have got this place just near to my place and easily be found by anyone.

Excellent food. Especially fish curry. You must also taste the authentic Bengali Thaali.If you are not a fish lover, you can try the mutton.The owner is also very sweet she gives you idea about which special food you must have to enjoy the Bengali cuisines.

Grabbed a quick eco fish curry rice combo expecting to get some healthy protein into my system but I was treated to a curry made with the best combination of spices and a lot of heart. I highly recommend giving this place a shot. Im definitely coming back for more.

Its looks like a home based restaurant, overall the food that I took was bit cold I guess due to winter and late night visit. But I found it to be apt and can be a recommendation for Bengali food Lovers.

Ambience was just like at home as was the host Mrs. Mohua Dasgupta. She even prepared a dish during lunchtime which is available only during snacks. We liked her attitude. Tried their Fish Thali (Katla kalia). Taste was good. Fish kalia was served in a dark gravy. Chicken kobiraji was average. Laccha paratha was awesome. Dum Aloo was on the spicy side (dark gravy). Was disappointed with the cholar dal as it should have been on a sweeter side (traditional bengali). Some painting work was going on at the time we went so had to bear the paint smell through out but who cares when you get tasty food. Overall a nice experience but people shouldnt expect a posh ambience. Would visit again to taste their other dishes. Pricing of all items on their menu looked balanced. They take a bit time for preparation of the food.

Not recommended find better like Bijoli grill. I had chicken,fish and veg all have one common spicy dark gravy.I interacted with lady owner she is from Bengal dont give damm about your feedback only interested in making money. Better you speak directly to cook.Preparation time around 30 min.Place not very clean and over pricey compared to taste and quality of food.I felt cheated and will not go again.

Owner interested only on money. I order food at 9.00PM ask them to deliver at home but up to 10.30pm not deliver food. I went again then only they said rice is boiling and good was delivered only for online order. Finally she delivered at 11.30pm and food was not coocked property. As someone mentioned here the lady ( owner) has no manners and her interference while having meal is not tolerable at all. If you go there after 10PM then you will get fresh biryani since thats the time they prepare the biryani for the next day. The waiters and chef have better mannerism than the owner.

Ordered fish finger it was not even worth Rs 20, had no fish inside it was made only out of bread crumbs and had some kind of fat inside it. When called and informed them, the were rude. Never order from benali by nature. They are a shame in the name of Bengali cuisine.

Excellent food at affordable prices! If you have a hankering for Bengali food look no further. Had the Chicken Biryani, luchi and Aloo Dum. Cant fault any of it.. really nice food. Place itself is small and cozy - about 4 tables in a nicely done up place. To top it all off, the owner is a very nice lady who is right there making you comfortable and telling you all the dishes that they have.. will definitely visit again.

If any one wants to have Bengali style roll then surely dont miss to order egg roll, chicken roll, Moglai paratha from the restaurant.
