Nice place for working but interview and other process very bad..I have face very bad reaction from that..not professional..

Hi prashant verma this side, i want to eager to work with R1 RCM as an analyst and my first interview is done on 4 August 2021 and I cleared that first round but I didnt got 2 round interview call yet. so please help me on this.

A corporate tower here , All Big brand are here including R1RCM , A good platform for fresher and experience people.

That was good but hiring criteria is so tough

They dont show your assessment results then they will say you rejected . The fake company not apply in it . If you have any reference then you will selected🙄😬😡🤬.Worst company .

Usually have never been given any feedback so far. Working here nearly for 1 yr. Gave my resignation due to covid-19 pendamic end up not getting even relieving letter. Worst experience. Management level👎. So many childish politics inside. dmn suffocating. Not recommended at all sorry.

They simply will make you take interview on VOIP or con-call but wont turn up.They will give excuses, that something happened. Their offer letters are delayed at least by 6 months most of times.Multiple incidences of candidates being asked to be interviewed took place except that they dont interview.So if you have a better opening dont wait for them.They lie on conversations. Below is one such time when login was much before time but long later excuse was given that candidate is late. Check time stamps at centre top of conversation. Not just chat time stamps

Best and most convenient for freshers. Fixed shift, week off and both side AC cab one time unlimited food. Great learning environment.

Its nearly 1.6yr growing with R1, I agree with some review abt management issue and all. But seens its a growing company within 2yrs from 5k to nearly 9k employee also conducting on campes from different college from various states thinks will happen lk this. I would lk to share 1 eg. For now In this COVID period where lots of BIG MNCS were firing and also havent given increment to there employee . But R1 not only given increment also provide extra allowance for WFH by not leaving any of its employees to let go. Lot to say but its upon us how we take things ALL THE BEST 🖒

Okaish.Management is a bit slow, at their work,For example, while other companies were working to find a solution for Corona, R1 hadnt even took one single step till the time, and Sent a sample Email over outlook that too in March 1st weekFood is 8/10.Management is okaaaay.Security 8/10HR 7/10 as i have heard from other.My experience is fine not too bad or not that great

Very bad management. I did work there only one and half month. The reason why because company conduct drug test of all new employee. If anybody found drug test report positive. Company immediate terminate that person. They will not decide, report is right or wrong. I have not taken any type of drugs in my whole life. Even i do not eat tobacco. And i have tested outside with highly recommend lab center Dr Lal path lab and metropolis. Both are showing negative report. But company not considered those report. And they finally terminated to me before the 2 days of Deewali. I am very sad and depressed at this time. I am not able to think what should I do in against this company. My Assignment manger is very dirty person. His name is Archit Bhasin. He handle the Wisconsin process cash posting. He said to me i take drug. Please guys let me know what i do in against of the company.

Poor coordination between different departments in the organisation. Lots of politics. Poor Managers with no vision. HR team work in accordance with the goals of operations managers. No work life balance. No shift flexibility, less chances of change in process, no additional certifications or trainings offered to the existing resources. Attrition rate is high due to stressful work environment. Organisation is only focusing on recruitment and not developing its precious resources. The salary packages offered to a fresher or analyst is too low. Amount of group health Insurance offered by the organisation is also low. Overtime amount is just 100 rs per hour. So choose wisely.

It is not an employee oriented company... otherwise Everything is good...services, facilities & enviornment..

Most of the crowd are here, good place for starting carrer in health care.

No less in comparison of any other mnc, work is relaxed, salary isnt high. Do negotiate.

I had worst experienced faced in R1 rcm gurgaon sector 21 on 7 feb 2019. I got a call from hr directly that were hiring for Payment posting profile. And I was shortlisted. Next morning I reached office at 11 am. They started taking interview after 8 -9 hours. Approx 9 pm at night I got selected in all the rounds. Hr said you got selected and I reached home at 11 pm. 9-10 took for interview and she said will gave offer letter with in week. But no reply recieved from them. When I called hr after 1 week she said Ill give offer letter on coming monday.stll they dnt give offer letter and not give any reply when I called them again they said batch is not started you can looked another option I haved wasted a month for thm till now I dnt have experience letter.Too much worst experienced.

The company has no management at all. Company changed name accreaative health to r1rcm bcos cos of so many frauds. No process stays more then 1 year. Transport system is pathetic and language trainers even dont know how to say sure.drivers can fight with u directly over the phone. Very poor company to work only very needy people works there.

Low salary, training is just fine, no security guards in cab, management sucks (favouritism all around) , they can fire you anytime, dont expect to plan your future in such environment, no flexibility, food is pathetic, free coffee but coffee machines are from baba adam k zamane se tasteless coffee. Mobile phones cant be taken to floor (hipaa policy). Come here only if you want to make some flirt with people around or for time pass. Wear anything you want kate fate chote clothes. Nobody will bother.

Good place for Fresher however not a place for experience candidate.

They have no idea that how to take interview. They will ask you in interview what you done yesterday?? Than they will say to everybody - sorry guys you can go back. We dont need because 1 year experience is mandatory in hospital line.So I have a question - why you send mail to all persons R1RCM is hiring FRESHERS????
