Very bad service inside the indigo flight. They are not sanitizing the flight. They are filling all the seats indiGo are not following covid protocols. But they are charging very much than other flights who following covid protocol. If you fly in indigo you will definetly get diseases.also rude behavior from the staff inside the flights..

IndiGo as Interglobe AviationThat day, I traveled first time in flight. I was scared to face the situation but IndiGo gave me such a comfortable and relaxed flight. I took a flight from Manglore to Delhi. That was morning flight. The flight took off at around 5:45 AM and reached Delhi almost before the time at 8:30 .I enjoyed very much my first flight.Thanks IndiGo.

This place was IndiGos Office, but its not for you if you are going there to meet someone (your Relative or Friends), You should not!I went to this Place with my Sister as she was appearing for her Interview in IndiGoAnd There they disrespected me.I asked them for the Lounge or A Couch where I could just rest and Wait for those Long 3-4 hours in this Cold Winters.But no! They didnt offered me anything..and was behaving a kind of Rude and was making fun of me.I immediately went outside and I waited for those 4 long hours in this Winters.

Indigo is such a vulnerable company that people can easily make a fraud in their name.They will even show bank accounts with the name of Indigo and tell the candidate that they have been selected for the post of air ticketing executive.Ince their motive of getting the money is completed, they will use abusive language and switch off their mobile phones.I would like to bring this to your notice so that no more people are easily fooled.Their is a team of 6 people who keep on calling you for one or the other process and ask for money everytime.The candidate gives them the money because he or she is in a need of a job. But people in Indigo only care for money.

To my surprised, Indigo airlines service was up to my expectations. Price wise was quite competitive. check in was quick even though we had a long que, boarding was done smoothly.Inside the aeroplane, the cabin was cleaned, Seat in economy was not bad. You have more room in between seats. The seat itself was Quite comfy in comparison to any low cost airlines I have flown with. Cabin crew were polite, friendly and professional.I will consider to fly with Indigo airlines in the future.

Would not accept booking with Credit Shell and tells me I need to rebook with Priceline .Called Priceline and was told you have to rebook with Priceline ???

I unfortunately took a flight from bombay to chennai 14/03/2020,21:15pm flight. I was charged twice for the same journey . Modus operation after successfull online payment sending emails saying payment pending before boarding. I was forced to pay again through my debit card in bombay airport. have proof will attach here.

My 18 year old son was booked on flight 6E 814 Delhi to Jaipur for Nov 1 to return to his college after a brief holiday. I left my son at the airport at 0615 and he was in the queue since 0625like a law abiding citizen or unlike an aggressive person who would break the queue,which most of us our famous for. By the time his turn came at the counter it was 0645 and he was denied boarding on the pretext of being late by just five minutes. Moreover on request that this fact be recorded and signed by the counter staff, he was refused. With no options left we filed a written complaint. A little while later when we called the call centre the reason recorded for boarding denied was that the arrival time was 0655 am. It seems a deliberate attempt by the airline staff to stay clear of any further claims whatsoever. I am also at a total loss to understand how these facts will be verified by the airline.The staff was most discourteous and unsympathetic to the fact that he had an exam in his college and this denial of the boarding of the flight will be a great loss. And the worse was that the flight departure was delayed by 25 minutes for the reasons only known to Indigo..The Indigo check in counters were under staff which resulted in long Queues and there were no staff to facilitate quick check in for passengers.He was even manhandled as he was trying to write down the names of person on duty.Is this not an exploitative attitude...there are no way we can get a redressal to our grievances...WILL THE INDIGO LISTEN?????

Worst airline. They lost my luggage and showed no signs of trying to find it. Did not respond to my mails or gave me a contact. Miserable service and terrible management. They loose more luggage than any other airline and dont care. The aircrafts are also narrow and uncomfortable.

Very huge office situated at just a walking distance from guru dronacharya metro station and i have been here for my interview rounds. It does not allow people to walknjnside befor 8.30 pm in the morning so we hwve to wait outside but it is quite decent and safe for non delhites too.!

I have accepted it and in response to my confirmation, they informed that a voucher for Rs 3300/- would be generated which can be utilised for my next travel.They have not issued to me and while contacting them, they are not responding.I feel they are getting complacent. Please note we have seen several good airlines gone to dogs due to their attitude.

Unbelievable how untrained their staff is (not at all polite, speak rough with customers, and are not ready to listen to your query). Moreover, the airline makes sure that the passengers are somehow charged extra money.I have booked myself on the Dubai-Mumbai-Dubai return flight (Outbound Departure at 11:15am, and Return Departure at 08:50am).But 18 days before my flight, the airline messaged and gave an automated call informing me that the outbound flight will now be departing at 12:30pm (a delay of 75 minutes), which eventually means that we will also be landing 75 minutes later to prior schedule.I called the airline customer service centre, and learned that the flight can only be cancelled at applicable charges. I tried explaining the airline staff, that I was earlier scheduled to land at 4:05pm but due to changes in flight timing, the new schedule time for landing is 5:20pm (a good 75 mins late delay). Hence, I request to cancel the ticket and refund the full money back to me.However, to my surprise - the airline staff repetitively kept saying that the policy would not allow them to refund the full money. So now here I am, stuck with a ticket that will depart and land later to what was promised to me, and the airline would not refund full money to me, as their policy is not at all customer friendly. On my further request to at least move me into a prior flight – the airline staff replied that even that will be subject to more charges (change fee and fare difference).I am really shocked how they kept using the word “ONLY” before the 75 minutes delay. For the airline staff, the 75 minutes delay is “ONLY” few minutes delay and nothing else.On further research, I learnt that the delay in flight time is due to restrictions applied by Mumbai Airport. It is somehow noted that the restrictions were applied by Mumbai Airport sometime back, and when I purchased the ticket these restrictions were already applied – as Jet Airways had already cancelled their flights departing in morning and early afternoon to Mumbai. I personally feel that the airline shouldn’t have sold the ticket with wrong flying time anyways. They should have updated the correct time on their system before selling the ticket.This incident coupled with many other incidents in the past has led to a loss of one more customer to Indigo Airlines. Am sure in a country of 1.3 billion people, they wouldn’t mind losing one family as their customer, but I want to at least inform all by writing a transparent review about this incident and making people aware about the company they are about to deal with.Like everyone, I chose to book my flight with Indigo – as they were selling the cheapest ticket option on the day of booking. However, like always Indigo has some or another way to disappoint their customer and ensure that they get to take away cancellation charges from the customer, without it being customers fault.My ticket to Indigo costed me approx. USD 310. So now when I will cancel this ticket, I will get a lower amount to this. Plus, the new ticket that I would buy from another airline will be around USD 375. So, all in all the it was a bad decision to book ticket with Indigo.

The best airline in India. On time performance. Both Cabin Crew and Pilots are well trained. Brand new aircrafts. Both ATR 72-600 and A321 are very safe to travel. The most awful kind of service I have ever experienced. Never seen such insensitive staff, service and after service. First they dont let people board the plane claiming that they are late(notice it was just a matter of five minutes and I arrived 40 minutes before the time) and all this while people were still in queue to board the plane. On top of which when I try to complaint against it, they keep transferring my calls and never file a complaint. Such a ridiculous company. My suggestion to all will be never use indigo. Even a startup would be better than this. Its so bogus!

Day Light RobberyI was flying from Dubai to Bangalore and the luggage policy said 30 kgs check-in and 7 kgs hand luggage. So I didn’t have a scale so I said I will fix it at the airport because I had space. My check-in luggage was 22 kgs and I thought I would move my extra kgs to the check-in, but at the check-in counter, even though I put both pieces of luggage together the guy told me, it’s ok, you can put it down and didn’t ask to measure my hand luggage which is what they normally do. However, after immigration and security, just when I was about to board the flight, they had another scale and were measure the handbags and wanted me to pay 60 AED (1100 Rs) per kg. They would not listen to any reason and they said if I don’t pay I cannot get on the flight. I have never seen such an organized trickery to rob people in day light. They were even charging people for stuff they bought in Duty-free. I mean this is just daylight robbery! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

I travelled through indigo with my wife and 12 months baby from Ahmedabad to Chandigarh . We reached early on airport so that we callus get bulkhead seat because infant need that space but they said no. When we reached Chandigarh our luggage was missing .and they had no idea where it was .nobody was ready to help .and it was so hard to run on airport with baby .then after 2 days they finally found our bag and they want us to drive back to pick up our bag..then an air hostess called us that she can only give us bag to half way .guess what...I had to heave cake cutting ceremony of my babys first birthday. Indigo ruined everything. And we had to pick the bad Becz we had to fly back to Canada. Staff was super rude .no customer service . Very bad airlines
