Good place to live. I did not face any problem

A very big society, with lots of security. There is a grocery store also with a complex known as The Hub, where you can find a salon, bakery, grocery store and a pharmacy. The bakery and salon are very nice, and have nice ambience.

Awsm locality ,I totally have loved being on that place .A quite and nice place ,with all facilities .Although local shops are 1km away from colony ,but its totally worth it. To live in a place like that .Rooms are well finished and on time repaire is done in case of any fault .It has underground parking at basement .and buildings are 18 store tall .

Nice location near dwarka express but ganda nala is smellfull

The society is spacious, have badminton and tennis courts, a park for children, pool is being constructed, have a hub for daily essentials and well maintained. Just the road connectivity is less and lil unsafe at night

Good efforts from Developer to give all basic amenities and facilities to the residents. One of them is Piped Gas facility by the builder since it’s not easy to have Cylinders inside your kitchen in a highrise building and has many bad consequences apart from inconvenience.Taking out one star for construction quality which could’ve better. Pls check your civil contractor’s work in Tower-K of Edge Towers. Probably quality control was not proper in this tower. Rest I found a good society and taken care of its customers by Ramprastha.

Ramprastha City is good, built fine. People have now started living in Ramprastha city.However I see this at the outskirt of GGN & commuting is surely an issue which will take good time to resolve.There arent any markets near by, so daily needs like groceries & vegetables shopping could be a challenge.

TOWERS ARE LOCATED NEAR THE FLY OVER . IT SEEMS PEOPLE HAVE JUST STARTED OCCUPYING THE FLATS MAKES IT FEEL VERY DESERTED AND SOCIETY AFTER APOCALYPSE . KINDA FUNNY THOUGH....THE AREA IS STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT AS YOU CAN SEE IN COMMENTS DAILY USE THINGS ARE VERY HARD TO GET OVER HERE AND ALSO THE POOR ROADS DUE TO CONSTRUCTION OF I DONT KNOW FLYOVER OR MODIFICATION OR ROADS .. WHATEVER ENDS IN POOR ROADS .I WENT NEAR TO J tower and couple of tennis courts which were way smaller then traditional courts .If you re guys with cosy corner atmosphere taste this can be good choice if not then trust me its nit for you ,may be you should try after bunch of years...And yes smell of a drainage passing by is awful....

Just want to know why the society flats are so cheap (as seen online).Is there some problem in this society?Residents of this society pls tell the problem....

Its residence society and nice place for living and its situated from City approx 12km and in this place having costly flats.

At the outskirts of the city. Not recommended for family. You will not find local conveyance. No hospital. And travelling in night is scary.It will take more 2-3 years to develop.

First 3 star because of not completing last leg of Dwarka Expressway. Its mere few meters but that few meters has become the major drwaback for the projects situated around that area...People have to take alter routes to come to this place which is very annoying as you have to go through very bad roads along with extremely congested traffic.Once it gets completed definately it will become 4 star or more..

Awesome construction and the design. Nicely laid out. People have already started movin in though still many of the amenities are under construction. Once completed (that should take another year or so, as per my observations) would be one of the best townships along the Dwarka expressway. Currently the prices for a 3 bhk are around 65 lakhs. And rent is around 15000

Hardly to approach this area. No proper way for such a big residential area

Booked in 2010 and still no sign of completion. You can imagine worth of money spent on it by an individual and the loss because of such huge delay.The promoters are shameless unprofessionals. Customer service has consistently informed 3-6 months delay everytime you call them. I have my experience since 2012.Never buy their properties. Never !!!!

Really bad experience with Ramprastha. They have delayed our project by 3 years and show no accountability to anything. If you contact them, you get no response or just fake assurances. They have broken all their promises and customers are in a difficult situation.

Best housing being developed in gurgaon
