ICICI LOMBARD worst company Ever.I wouldnt recommend to purchased that idiot Company Policy they only work for collect premium money as looting the customer and not to nibhaye vaade sab jhut hai or lombard k team sab chor hai

They are hell bent to not give you your claims they will give illogical reason that one can not even think of just to deny you your claims and if they. Do not succeed in that they will delay the process so much that that you will get frustrated and finally decide to withdraw your claims.That is what they did to me more then 3 weeks with various surveys and all but still they were not able to process my claims . Very poor and disappointing experience I had.

Claim no MOT 10767275 is rejected again & again without any proper reason & His Survivor and all staff are Basted ( Idiot) Like Isahan ,Pramveer ,Rajat and also his manager they have not take any responsibility Worse experience ever. In Gurugram, everyone should have personal accident insurance as there are plenty of rash drivers in the city. I like the emergency ambulance cover in my personal accident insurance apart from the regular features. Ill definitely recommend ICICI Lombard for any general insurance policies.
