Dear sirI had bought 3 split AC about 4 5 months ago but one split AC is creating too much problem as it does not cool well and we had complain about 4 to 5 times regarding that but all time we didnt get satisfactory service . I think panasonic is a great name but the service u provided in future I am not going to buy any of your product . plz resolve the problem as soon as possible and change our split AC with new one otherwise I have to move to the higher authorities regarding that.

The dealer of Panasonic in Chandigarh has passed on to me a reconditioned second hand 2T AC in Dec 2019.The refrigerant leaked immediately after its installation.It was charged but again it leaked.I brought it the notice of Panasonic & the unit was not replaced & I being 76 years old a senior retired defence officer couldn’t venture out to file case with consumer court in view of the ongoing pandemic.I had protracted correspondence with Panasonic who promised to extend warranty for one year & provide four free servicing but backtracked after that.I have sent umpteen numbers of mails but there is no response.I have sent mails to Ajay Seth head services but he did not bother to address my issues.Now I have sent two mails to Manish Sharma CEO & awaiting response.It is real exasperation now & helplessness.The after sales service is extremely poor.There is a need for improvement.

Dear All, I Just want you to share this information with everyone so that they should aware about the quality of equipment & parts which Panasonic company is using while manufacturing electronic items. I bought a LED TV in last financial year & now its display has few black spots. Within a year it got damaged. I have paid 32500 INR, dont know why selling price is high if they produce such a low quality product. Now company is asking for 20000 INR for changing the display as warranty was for 1 year only. This has gotta be the worst experience Ive ever had.

Worst customer service, no guarantee of product, spare parts of products are not available and on replacement of product company applies 70% depreciation on products also no guarantee and bill on replaced product is given to the customer . Customers buy Panasonic products believing its quality by default at higher prices than other similar products available in the market but the quality of products are being compromized at customers faith.

Panasonic worst management and worst service i called from customer care to the area service manager but they just want to kill your time nothing else no one will help you to resolve the issue and Within one month engineers visited 5 time but issue is not resolved and on last visit tv got dead and no one is intrested in the service if i can give -100 rating

Panasonic is a good brand.And their office in gurgaon is delight to visit.1st parking is well managed and secure.Office reception area is very pleasing and plant decorations.Staff is good and behaves professionlyAlso the building is very good it has multiple entry options and lifts are available and of good quality.My experience was very good with this office

Dont waste your money to buy any of PANASONIC Products. What ever the product may be, but they have the WORST SERVICE ever in India.If your machine showing any faults, they are taking too many days to send the engineer/technicians to check and then will serve if you have warranty. otherwise they will identify some damaged parts and you need to pay for that.Even if you are agree with them, they will make your service pending for days-months and never let you update regarding your service. Rather they will create stories that the parts still not reached at their service center.How a big international brand like PANASONIC doing this type of cheap service?Better check both the quality and service of the brand / product before buying any products.For me. A BIG No to PANASONIC Brand in India.The WORST service of PANASONIC.

Panasonic India Head office is located at the prime of the location next to the ambience mall in Gurgaon. The company offers innovative products suiting to the need of businesses, professionals as well as every household. Offering world class service guarantee, the company ensures a true customer satisfaction.

3 floor office in Ambience Tower. Reach not an issue like some buildings in Cyber City where guards do not allow entry. Parking also available on walking distance but its paid. Other option is to park in Ambience mall but walk is a little long from there.

Panasonic corporate office is located in Ambience tower, gurgaon. This office has also won award for being best 5 wonder offices in Gurgaon. It located in 2 floors and spread around half an kilometer. Must visit place.

What a pathetic service of panasonic..no solution and no response since 40 days...having a 42`` LED TV and still in warranty.. called customer care for ~25 times, service centers for 10 times, spoken with different people...written mails to service head and helpline 2 times still no reply...got a final offer from service or area head one week back(after 30days of cmplaining) that i have to pay , for the company quality issue and not having the spare part i have to pay???...and again he also not responded after that call...any one remaining with whom i can speak to...becoz i am free for making calls after taking panasonic tv.......never never never will go to panasonic again...and I can give my feedback to everyone that if u buy panasonic please take time and money to resolve your problems..may be it cannot be resolved also.....

Very bad after sales response .... trying to reach Gurgaon office to talk to senior staff hut the contact nos not working. For last two week... sending email but no response ... I had brought micro oven last year and very sparingly used... I had reported complaint and was informed to incur charges of 7k to change the board... I therefore put up a request thru email but very surprised Unable to get any response of service team of panasonic... very un professional ... I had sent the first email on 8 th August reporting my problem ... never expected Panasonic after sales service is so poor ... please do not buy any of Panasonic product ... this is my advice

Dear Sir/Mam,This is Inform to you, I bought a New Panasonic Eluga Mark Set on dated- 11/01/2016. after a month it having a problem of overheating & Headphone jack not support & excess battery consumption. I am submit the set to service center on dated-26/03/2016 they said the mobile is need to sending for repair to Delhi & it is repaired in near by in 10 to 15 days. After 15 days i call to customer service center they said the mobile phone is come from Delhi but same problem persist in the mobile so that why they send mobile again to Delhi. Now they said that in repairing having tie more than 10 to 15 days. i am very disappointed with your service.It is requested to you please look into the matter if the problem is major, so please replace the set and give the new set.My complaint job sheet no. is KJASPPB192316PI2120Please do the needful im waiting for your revert reply.

SUPPOSE YOUR SET HAS PROBLEM JUST AFTER ONE MONTH , IN THAT CASE YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR THAT REPAIRING .iN THIS WAY THE TOTAL REPAIRING CAST MAY BE MORE THAN YOUR MOBILE SET . THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH ME . AND FINALLY I HAVE TO DECLINE FOR GO FOR SECOND REPAIRING WORK.
