Never seen a car showroom like this one. Loved the interior and overall experience of this place.

Service is pathetic, showroom people just stand aside and people see the cars by own. You have to pay the heavy parking fees to visit showroom.

I bought MG ZS Ev from this showroom in Aug 2021.Car is amazing but after sales service is PATHETIC. This showroom people will IGNORE you and stop recieving your calls just after they sell their car to you. All they just lure with the fact that they are flagship showroom ,here you will get more facilities from other MG showrooms. But believe me there is nothing like that you can get more facilities out there in other MG showrooms also. One of the most HORRIBLE experience with this showroom staff and I would recommend buying car from other showrooms if you dont want to waste your energy unnecessarily in arguments for your rights.

Excellent accommodations . I enquired about MG hector on phone I verbalized with Mr. Shoubham ( corp. relationship manager) he asked me to first visit all the cars that I’m considering in comparison to Mg and then to MG . I did the same I went to kia - for seltos , Hyundai For Creta and then I went to MG. What I optically canvassed is hector is definitely better as it has a 2.0 litre engine which gives you 350 ni torque and 170 bhp which is better than the creta (my 2nd option if I’d not gone for MG) and seltos’s 1.5 litre engine . Guys you should definitely compare the cars in terms of driving as well as after sales accommodations and optically canvass the minute differences like in interior , seats , features , comfort, & space . Considering all this I booked MG hector and got my car distributed the very next day .The staff at MG flagship Gurgaon is very cooperative and I’ll give them 11/10 you’ll feel a different vibe there . Special thanks to *Mr. Shoubham Jain * and Mr. Sumeet .

Today I visited the showroom and test drive and booked Hector 2021 ... Well maintained showroom and excellent staff. Very appreciating. Hope these services will continue for long.But one feedback i would like to give is that please arrange proper parking for walk in customers. As there is a lot of problem for parking space. Hope you will make it until my next visit.

MG is nothing but a cheap Chinese car with even worse after sales. The seniormost management (if I can call them that) are a rare breed here. They can deftly ignore and sidestep the most serious of customer concerns.

The showroom is beautiful but Im giving 1 star for your staff. .the lady on the reception was not wearing mask. Being an employee of such a reputed company how can she talk to us without mask in pandemic. We visited showroom today and this behaviour was shockjng. Check ur CCTV and see how they greeting people with mask down. Shame.

Although this is located right below MG Head office but this is by far the most customer harassing dealership. Car buying is generally a happy experience but sales executives and sales head are skilled to make it a Harassment. They dont take your calls, make fake promises and there CEO is not bothered about any of this! Wake up MG!!!

Purchased Hector plus from Crystal autocars Patparganj showroom but regret to say even after two months car mats are not being provided by the dealer. They have cheated and giving false assurances that mats are coming from Gujrat within 3-4 days and will be delivered at my place. Sonika at service center was also very helpful.Past experience couldnt be rectified but I am happy with the way it went today.Thanks a lot for all the support, appreciate it !----------------Reason for 2 startsFirstly... dealers coordination with bank was poor and didn’t deliver car to me on committed date, which was special occasion...when car was delivered to me ... I was told that they give some goodies which they cnt find now in showroom so will get it delivered to my home, which never happened.then, didn’t complete all accessories fittings during delivery and now I am calling and chasing from last 4 days.I was told they will come home and will do fitting of one pending accessory... for which then I was told to go to service center.Today, I went to service center and after waiting for 1:30 hrs. I was told that it can not be done.Complete waste of time.I had good experience dealing with Heera Singh but the moment I was introduced to Kuldeep... everything started falling apart.I have given 2 stars because I like the car but 0 for customer service.Car is very good but my experience at dealership isn’t good.

The newest showroom in Gurugram. The location of showroom is great well connected with NH 48. Its across the highway however connectivity is not an issue. The showroom interiors are awesome and design in unique. The mirror on the ceiling makes height feel like more than what exactly it is. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. They have small coffee shop too. Its gonna be launch day today 04.06.2019. Good luck.

Ohh words won’t be enough to describe the way these people are treating the customers. Unprofessional, rude, unapologetic and least bothered about your safety. If you plan to visit this place, please do at your own risk. They don’t bother about sanitisation, distancing and their staff ohh my God are a bunch on untrained guys who are there just for the heck of it and would make you as uncomfortable as possible.I had visited on 11th Oct 2020. Mr. Sandeep their manager in charge is a person who has absolute carefree attitude and and would just try to argue with you for all mistake of their own.As per as I am concerned, I would refrain from this brand or at least this showroom.

Showroom busy and good. Staff forthcoming and courteous. Unfortunately, parking is a challenge here. I should NOT be forced to give my car for valet parking and to visit such a premium showroom with no self parking facility is a big put off!

Their flagship showroom is so good that it gives vibes as if you are in a luxury space.So well designed and maintained but the staff is so busy that they hardly entertain the customers unless and until the customer himslef asks for assistance.But above all MG Hector is also good for its price considering the price tag of 12.5 lacks.

MG Motors this exclusive showroom is one of its own kind and beautifully shows MG Cars on display even from the outside.Hector being one of the most purchased cars these days is attracting car shoppers to this showroom and the atmos over here is always alive with pure MG car vibes.

This is my experience at ppg showroom.Very pathetic sales and managerial department. Poor delivery management and after sales co-operation and delivery of services. Too bad. Dont have accessories to provide after a month of delivery of car dont know how are they selling new cars with out accessories?? No information about RC and number plate.. if you need these call them again and again. Dont provide you all recpiets of your payment. Only answer they have is to cooperate with us and will let you know.. which eventually never occurs unless you call the.Some reviewers have written knowledgeable staff for them. Dont know how come they found that.. staff dont know even about billing details and mg shield program how can they inform customer. They forget to include registration charges while doing billing of car and later on blame customer that they have not paid 2000 rs for registration but paid 20l for car ..Lol.M sure this review is not going to effect either dealer or mg per se.. but might save prospective buyers from them.

He is not able to answer my calls as i always received text by saying Im in meeting and will call you back in 15 mins.I am really disappointed by sales team.Worst Worst Worst.......................

While i dont have a personal experience with the same company but i have a view which is my own, infact this British marquee brand is now under chinese ownership and instead of lining the pockets of any chinese company, i would like to buy an indian brand, who have started making better vehicles than many across the world now a days.For the sake of my nation either it is TATA or Mahindra or even Maruti (for me). For a country that is constantly harassing our country by supporting Pakis in their misadventure and they would like to see us a broken nation instead of akhand bharat I would say no.

The entire experience was 5star rated- the service the vehicles the value and the follow-through all exceeded our expectations.

Had a bad experience. I walked into the showroom and waited around for 10-15 mins to look for someone to help. No one came fwd so I got hold of a person wearing MG logo on shirt. I asked him about the car and straight away answered that we are not taking bookings.I asked him if he can share the price list. He had a limited response saying new price list has not come. We hv taken bookings on old prices.Even a tata showroom offers much btr experience then MG.

Wonderful customer service and response

Apparently if you dont come with a wife or a kid, the salesguys here dont feel you are worth their time. The attitude is clumsy and not at all welcoming. I spent 10 minutes going around the car and noone even bothered to ask me even for a glass of water. All the best MG with this sales team. However, this experience was a huge help as now I can expect the after sales service to be as pathetic as presales.

They have there one n only car in india (MG Hector) and what to say abt that carThat car is making everyone love it. This car is a bomb 💣 in marking. No car upto 40 lakhs can compete it.
