It was awesome experience for dine in at Sasuraal. Food quality and taste was extremely good . I highly recommend this place for family / friends dinner . They also gave us 20% off for having 1 dose of vaccine for covid which is a great gesture . If you have got both dose then they are offering 30% off on bill .

We are here for a birthday celebration. I like the open space of the restaurant much rather than the inner circle. Service is prompt and good. Staffs are courteous and polite. Taste of food is not up the scale specially starters. Live Music is a top cherry on the Cake. Overall its nice outdoor experience. Washroom needs a very good attention by the Management.

Ambience was good, staff was also well behaved, service was fast. Food was also good. Buffet price was a little higher for vegetarians but for non veg it was good.

It was a mixed experience. We were her for lunch & we chose buffet option rather than ala carte but got highly disappointed as for Non veg buffet, only butter chicken & egg curry was laid as option. For Veg, yes good options were there but food was really bland. In rice only 01 type of rice was there. Hospitality wise, staff needs to be trained for better experience. other than 01-02 people, most of them were literally not paying attention towards the customer needs. We had to literally wait for 10min for refilling unlike AB or BBQ Nations. Also the food was bland & not upon on request, food was not changed. Really poor choice for family lunch. 03 points are given for location, good music & space. But they really need lot to improve.

It was a wonderful evening in Sasuraal restaurant. Tasty food, live music, good staff. Surrounding of restaurant is also very happening. Overall its a good place for non alchoholic small get teether.

Sasuraal is an amazing restaurant in sector 29, Gurgaon (Haryana). It is actually situated in sector 29 which is a prime locality in City Gurgaon. Gurgaon is now called as Cyber City of India as the most of companies related to Information Technology and Business releted companies having their Head Office in Gurgaon City. Gurgaon is in State Haryana but comes under Delhi NCR which is a major reason that it became that much of popular. Also if I talk about tradition, you can get many more traditional items as well as food here in Gurgaon. Metro Train connectivity is amazing from Gurgaon to National Capital Delhi.

NEVER GOING AGAIN AND WASTING A DIME THERE..Wasted 3,000 rs and a planned lunch..Extremely disappointed with the food quality, taste and the service. First of all, pls dont call 3 options cold items as Buffet. Absolute Mess.. Right from the crockery to the food kept. You literally have to request for everything, be it bowls or spoons or the desserts or the noodles to be kept hot. Its like - its kept there, take it, we dont care if it is hot or cold, we dont care. The owner replaced the cold bland noodles with a Chilly Garlic Noodles, and thats it.. He thought he has made for the mess created. We told him we would like to talk after the meal. He said ok.. and guess what.. he was nowhere to be seen after... We paid the bill and left..Dear Sir, If you are reading this, have some guts to take this feedback and improve on your taste and services.. Dont blame Covid or market if people stop visiting your resto in some time.

The best part of this restaurant is live music ( NOT FOOD OR HyGIENE)We family usually get together at Barbeque Nation but this time attempted Sasural.Don’t fall into trap of buffet instead go for, à la carte if really needed, You will save at least 50percent as the things included in buffet is not worth and moreover it’s not typical buffet spread. The staff is not at all trained for hospitality industries. We showed them cockroaches roaming around table where food was placed. The only answer was sorry. ( Attached screenshot of cockroaches over cake re-packed by the Sasural ).I do have taken videos of live cockroaches served with dinner ;)Go for live music, if you want ;)And yes the owner will definitely reply, We brought this along from Om sweets. and also we spread over all over table.Do filter out based on negative review to get more details of similar problem faced by other customers.Update : Inspite of agreeing at restaurant and feeling sorry about cockroaches even before we were served the starter, They are blaming me for fighting of merely 200 rs of discount ;)And yes we kept cockroaches in our pockets and packets to defame you.( isn’t that sound silly).I have reviewed several restaurant.You should take this as review as constructive feedback and try to improve on hygiene level. instead of just blaming customers. Also if possible go through Cctv recording to have more insight of this issue.Also check picture of review from some lucky one to have cockroach dish or hygiene issue. Hope they were also carrying in their pocket.

A very Great Place to Visit with friends and family. I visit their both sector 29 as well as old railway road branch. Both have reasonable rates and the food is just amazing. Must visit here.

Craving some good Indian food in the middle of sector 29, this place is for you. We tried the kababs here and loved them. Our pick was the dahi ke sholey. The tandoori bharwaan khumb was also a great pick. The have some nice cocktails too where we loved the gin ones. The also have some draught beers to chill with. For the main course we loved the paneer taka Tak here. It was spicy as well as tangy. Apart from this the dal makhni and malai kofta were great picks too. Overall a great meal and if you are a true Indian food fan, this place is for you.

The restaurant has a good decor and the crowd is also good, the food is good but the mutton items which u order could be rare and not well done that is the only draw back. And now a days there are some offers for those who are vaccinated either for the first done also.

I couldnt expect this from a restaurant located at a fine location in sec-29 gurgaon where we went by the location preference. I had food poisoning and stomach infection after eating here. We did not checked the previous reviews & we should have learnt that this restaurant does not care on improving / checking the hygeine arrangement despite having continuous reviews telling poor food hygeine and food quality. This is playing with customers health. The interiors and all dont really matter if one gets sick after eating here, customers are paying the hefty amount for a good food, not one which makes people sick.

Made a third visit to this place and this time it has disappointed me a lot. My family suffered from severe Stomach infection after having the food at this place. The restaurant needs to take care of the hygiene processes. The people serving food did not had their hands covered, the place has lost its charm, ambience and quality overall.

Legacy of Sasural is a fine dining concept in budget price at the heart of city in sector-29 with nice food menu and curtious staff to add more to your day.. good place for small gatherings of 10-20 people for birthday or other occasions. Food is good.. can be a course when you looking for good place in budget price..

The place is centrally located in Sec29 one of the restaurant hubs of Gurgaon and offers a lunch buffet for RS.600/- on weekdays.The place is clean and staff is efficient and all the people involved make a lot of effort to ensure happy customers.The starters in the buffet are nice and are quite similar to Barbeque Nation kind of a concept (which serves a much costlier meal) but the experience gets disappointing right after the starters and main course is disappointing.Did not feel like value for money.Nonetheless, its a decent Indian option if you want to have an all you want kind of a meal.

Thanks for the good food yesterday. The only thing which did offend me was that there was no water in the washroom. On top of that there wasnt even a notice to let the people know in advance that its out of order. One could know after using it. This is not appreciated. Food was good though.

This was my first experience and I found nothing wrong with it. You can enjoy the buffet menu served on the table or A la Cart`e. Not sure about other places in sector 29 but this is good place with your kids along with Bikanerwala.

My farewell party was celebrated here. The staff was following all covid protocols and food was also really good. Considering our hungry stomachs, we went for the buffet option and Sasuraal Team justified our selection.Me and my team had a great time enjoying the live ghazals and old songs. Even got the opportunity to sing my all time favourites with the live band!I extend my congratulations to the Sauraal Team for hosting so nicely. Would love to visit again!

Visited this restaurant 2nd time but in the weekend night first time. Live music was very good here, food quality was awesome (as per my taste) however due to crowd services were taking time but thats secondary if food quality good. Yes its expensive if drinks also I mean one-two drinks then per person cost goes to around thousand rupees else only food for two could be in 1000-1200/- inr.

Overpriced ( Daal makhni is approx 370INR and aloo veg curry 390INR )1. You may visit here for ambience and fancy names of curry and daals😛3. food is good4. Live karaoke performer there.

We celebrated our sons 1st birthday party at Sasuraals on 10th jan 2021 and the experience was excellent from the day we went to look around till we finalized the open lawn venue and until the day of the event. 5 star overall.The headache of decoration, food and beverages, guest seating arrangements, sigdis, projector, DJ etc. was all done easily and by the very experienced owner of the property Mr. Sumit. The service provided end to end has been delightful and the way they treat their clients is amazing. It really feels like a sasuraal with so much love and warm affection shown by their staff.If you are planning to host an event or dine in, I highly recommend Sasuraal. Had a office party recently and we tried this place. The imfl package was nice and there were varieties of starter main course. The drinks were served the ambiance was good with the music being played around. The food serving was done nicely by the team to avoid wastage too which definitely was a plus. The team made sure that the food was served hot along with the drinks. The assorted breads and rice was good. Overall a perfect party place in sector 29 who definitely want some good liquor and food. Thumbs up.

Visted this place last night with my friends after lockdown to have some dining experience again.Sasuraal in Sector29, Gurgaon having cool ambience to enjoy dining.They serves good North Indian, Chinese and Mughlai dishes.I had placed order for some of the dishes like :1) Sasural Special Non veg platter.2) Sharabi kebabi Murgh tikka masala3) NaanThe food was absolutely delicious.Food was served fresh, piping hot. Presentation was really good.The staff there was so polite and helpful.Service was quickProper hygine and social distancing was maintained.

MAKING A JOKE OF THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS!!Visited the restaurant yesterday and all waiters were wearing their masks below their nose (the nose was fully exposed). We pointed it out to one of them (who was indeed the manager) and he did not care to rectify this. The place was congested and no one respected any social distancing/safety protocols.For all those concerned for their and their familys safety - Pls try to avoid visiting this restaurant for now

Nice food, buffet is served on the table. The good thing is the food is cooked fresh. 3 veg and 3 non veg starters, gollowed by soup, roti/naan of your choice, 2 non veg and 2 veg main course dish and round off with gulab jamun and ice cream. 1 complimentary drink is also included. Staff is very courteous. Definitely worth a try.
