Hotel location is fine however food, room is not up to the brand name especially service. We had to call multiple times for room service and in fact 1st room which was allocated to us was not even cleaned. I booked this hotel because I thought Le Meridien is a good brand and I will get good service however after this stay it has completely changed my assumption about Le Meridien. After check in I realised that should have booked some other good hotel and I dont find it worth the price I have paid for stay and food. Neither I am going to every book or suggest anyone to stay.Room, Food and Service

Being a 5*, overall experience and the property could have been bettered. It has a great office space cum business centre, Good arrival experience, a lovely restaurant but relatively smaller party areas, not that great place for diners, over all look and feel too can be bettered.

They ruined my surprise, for which I felt bad at that time. Everything was conveyed and paid in the advance for the arrangements but still they didnt give the effort for it. Rooms are pretty, but neither spacious nor sound proof. Still I liked their room.Had lots of options in the breakfast buffet. It is decent for the stay and can recommend others but if you are planning something like surprises, I would say dont opt for that here or you can try other hotels.

Absolutely fantastic. Most of the protocols of current pandemic are followed. The staff was too good, with smile on face and ready to welcome you, while asking you to follow the rules if missed any way. Food menu too is very well listed with many options, with fine sitting quality. Will recommend all those searching for such facilities should not opt for none other than this. Already had a poor experience on such catagory facility.

I loved the service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the food was so good but expensive. They gave me a Aravalli facing room which was beautiful and the lighting was good too they also helped me with surprising my fiance with pastries and sweets.The only feedback I have is that the speaker wasnt working, they didnt allow me to take my small speaker because they said the speaker in the room works but it didnt. There wasnt any bath salts and bath robes. They first denied helping me with the surprise because they didnt know whether they could do it however they excited it well later.

1 - There was big mess in the reception while check in..seems like we r on a local railway station....the ac was nt operation.Waited for lunch at outside the ala carte near receptionThen at room service..they took 1.30 hr for lunch service in rooomWe are 5 .And utilities were provided for 3We choose to go out for a coffeeeDinner time- mosquito 🦟 were found in dinner buffet and they ignoredWe asked for coffee..According to the staff all coffees machines are gone for maintenance10 stars for Le Meridien. Bathroom had ni lockSo u cant come with kidsDnt expect sorry for any mistake. It’s a nice place to stay. The room is pretty good. The service is quick too. They have all the facilities like pool, gym, spa etc. You will enjoy your stay here.

The rooms and check-in staff was really nice especially Annie has been really helpful. But the breakfast was horrible, it wasnt upto the mark as was expected. You expect breakfast ambience to be nice, warm and welcoming but it was kind of monotonous due to the nature of the staff. The food quality was also horrible.

(not my problem). Still, services were not good. Thanks!4) Room was so so, even 3-4 stars hotel have better room. Pictures are good not in real.5) Even electric appliances were not working properly. It took around an hour to get it resolved.6) You charge us odd Rs, you call yourself a 5-star hotel and still, no one came with us from reception to room! This service is just basic.

Ive been to this place multiple times with family and we have a membership. Initially the place was good and the service too. But lately since two three times that i have visited the service has become very bad. The staff is not informed about basic functioning of the hotel. We wanted to book a cake one person was told the bakery is closed another was told it isnt. Then whenever we call them up before coming to the place and ask for any information for example the lunch timings, the time they mentioned wasn’t the actual time infact the time was of half and hour later. Also the room sizes are small even the upgraded room didn’t have much of a difference.I would say only the plus point would be good food and there f&b staff is good.Otherwise nothing else is that great and specially the other staff since they do not know the actual information about anything they just give out false information.

The worst 5-star experience ever. It is not worthy of a single penny. The rooms are small and the food is just pathetic. Moreover, if youre a staycation guest, they will arrange your meals at the ballroom, the quality of which is of a local banquet hall, as if a staycation guest doesnt deserve a luxurious treatment. Even if this property comes for free, WATCH OUT!!! It is a total TURN OFF.

If you are carrying luggage, It is suggested not to walk from Guru Dronacharya metro station. When we went to check-in counter, it was difficult for us to communicate with the counter staff, as he was attending few guests at one time. There was no proper barricade and guests were cutting teh queque, we thought we made a mistake booking this hotel but our perception changed once we were attended for the room allotment.We were given rooms with some of our additional request, such as higher floor, non-smoking room. Late check-out could not granted, as they were expecting many guests during check out. Our room was decorated for my wifes birthday with an additional pay.King size room was small but well designed. Bathrooms were clean and lights werevery pleasant to the eyes. Our bathtub was slighly leaking through drain plug but it was not a big issue. It can be repaired for future. View from room was fantastic. The automatic light and curtain were something new and eye-catching for us. Beds were comfortable. 2 additional pillows were provided. The slippers were of very small size. Bathrobes were not provided. Refrigerator was provided in the room. For more detail, our youtube channel named SYLEWO can be checked.The best part of the hotel stay was the dining area. We loved the taste of the food and the variety of food items and the service by all the staffs in the dining area. Chef was very friendly and some orders were delivered on tables in time. We had dinner as well as breakfast and staffs were coming to check if we are ok with food. Dining area staffs are one of the best team in this hotel, who were accomodatnig multiple guests requests at the same time and was treating everybody with respect.Swimming pool was just nice in size but the shower near the swimming pool was notworking and it was locked. Gym was in big area and a lot of equipment for the exercise. Spa service is also available at nearby gym area. Gym in-charge was friendly to guests.Our request from room service was well attented. House-keeping staffs were friendly. We can only remember one guest relation staff, Mrs. Anjali, who helped us with our request. Other guest relation staffs were good too. Overall, we had a memorable stay. We definetly recommend this hotel for business purpose and for couple to spend time together in peaceful ambience.

Kashmiri pandit food curated by Nimmy Raina of Kashmiriyat at Meridian Gurugram was brilliant. Meat was soft and curries flavourful. Raddish yogurt was perfect and Rogan Josh was cooked to perfection. Kashmiri home food is different from Kashmiri Muslim cuisine. People have been introduced to wazwan in India which is Muslim marriage cuisine but not to the authentic pandit food which does not use shallots, tomato and garlic. Mustard is common but pandit cuisine will avoid chicken. Another unique part of pandit cuisine is that it has become a diaspora food in India. Since pandits are not living in the valley, mutton has substituted lamb. Maval is not available everywhere. It has an element of nostalgia of a lost land. Their food represents longing for a pas which has been destroyed displacement of the entire community because of terrorism

We went for a dinner at Bella cucina on Saturday evening. The salad came in time but the risotto took 45 minutes to reach our table. We mentioned the same to the server and the reply we got was that we dont keep the rice boiled so it took time to get it ready.Overall the food was good, suggested by the glass wine was also nice.The experience was fine to start with but the long wait for food resulted in loss of appetite for us. We could have ordered more also if the risotto would had came in time.Overall a decent place to dine in. The lady chef at the pizza counter was very helpful

I really had a very bad experience while staying in room 416, bathroom lower glass was cracked, even the bath tub had many cracks in and out. We informed the staff that attended us.Services were taking longer than expected time.There were many rooms available on 27th, then too the room wasnt changed..

I went there for staycation and booked via Agoda.Nominal prices and very luxurious and spacious stay. Amenities like spa, gymnasium were great. Flies were flying in the dinning hall. Washroom was not clean.The staff was not courteous not showing the venue hall for booking.

Staff behavior. After half an hour of waiting in the lobby, which was hot and very crowded even with Government restrictions, we were told to wait for the rooms were not ready. The venue of the wedding functions was also hot, their ACs were not working. Food was not prepared on time.We asked for replenishment of tea and coffee pouches and water bottles, but that was not done.The last straw was the breakfast buffet which was pathetic with hardly any variety. Service was terrible. We ordered black coffee after breakfast, which was not served for half an hour, and it was served only when the host intervened. That too only one cup. The second cup took more time. Twice during this time, the floor managers came to tell us that the buffet was closing. Just when we were about to finish the coffee, two of them had the audacity to say that they would pack our relationship coffee in takeaway cups. That when there were several other people who were getting fresh omelettes from the live counter and also other items were still on display. New guests were being entertainment. I dont know what problem they had with our taking coffee.

Although I did not stay. I had some unprecedented situation due to which I had to cancel my stay. The third party was charging a cancellation fees. The reservation department in Le Meridian was extremely co-operative and understanding and helped me waiver off the fees.Cheers to the team. I am thankful.

Good hotel. Room were clean with a nice view. Breakfast was surprisingly very tasty. They have kachori kadhi with jalebi which I havent seen anywhere in breakfast. There was some mismanagement because there were 2 wedding in the hotel at the same time. So everybody in staff was busy in attending those marriage guests thats why I have given 4 stars.

The worst service ever. I never expected this from a five star brand like this. No wonder the chennai Le Meridien went out of business. There were difference of services within the same segment of rooms. When enquired the solution to all problems is covid restrictions and that was the response given. People are not trained to respond empathetically too and that irritates even more.

Stayed here for my birthday. The entire staff went out of their way to make it a memorable day. The Hotel itself is in a secluded location with barely any disturbance or noise from the outside. The interiors are classy and comfortable.
