Bad experience. Too much expensive. Staffs are busy in their own discussion. I have to wait for more than fifteen minutes for bill after finish my food. Food was ok ok. They serve vedica water bottle which is for Rs.60.00 which i think unnecessary, Kinley is ok for these kind of restaurants. As i hear that they serve welcome drinks but they didnt serve us. They serve only for big group or may be them from whom they can charge a big amount. Ambience was good but i think food quality and hospitality is more important then ambience in a good restaurant.

Poor service and very congested. They serve water bottle for Rs.60.00 which is not require. Taste of food was not so good. Pls check with your team I had not ask for any discount or complementary desert and there is no complimentary desrt served by you. Pls dont tell lie on public platform. And yes I compared you with your nearby restaurants PAKWAN. They dont have theme and live music but they are hundred times better then you in terms of service and food quality. Use customer reviews for your betterment not for spreding lies. I dont have any personal issues with your restaurant or team I just review what I experienced.

Nice restaurant with beautiful interior which gives the feeling of an indoor garden. The restaurant is quite good in looks and has nice staff members. The food is also quite good with variety of different dishes. It also has a small separate cabin for small get-together or to celebrate someone birthday. They decorate that room in no time. Liked it.

We were looking for some quick good lunch and by chance, happen to go to Sasural restaurant. The ambience, quality of food and quick n polite service, all were excellent. I will definitely recommend it for quality of food and the ambience.

Pathetic resturant in terms of hospitality and service.Guys pathetic service if you visit resturant for dining you will get a table to sit but you guys would be unattended for atleast 20-30 mins no management person is bordered to check either all people are getting attended. Then after taking about my personal experience you order a thing that will take atleast 30-40 mins to get served today we ordered a tandoori snack the resturant guy bought that item late after asking twice about the order that guy bought that tandoori snack without any plating direct with a rod stick in his hand that consist stuffing with veggies. Over and above at last the gave us wrong bill putting wrong this into it which we did not ordered. The resturant manager and waiter said no sir you have ordered it which we have not ordered and there was a thing missing which we ordered we told that manager that these things should be removed and this should be added. Sorry to say friends but truly a pathetic experience in the terms of hospitality for the very first time.The food was good in taste but hospitality is poor they need to improve in that I will rate 2/10 just bcz of there hospitality 2 marks for food only.

The place is very nice overall you’ll get live music good food and service. I went there with my family on my birthday and it was total paisa wasool. In starter dahi k kabab and paneer shashlik was the best dish unlike paneer tikka we have tried paneer shashlik and it was better than tikka. Main course was also good. Live music was awesome

I was on dinner for my elder brother 10th Marriage anniversary. Fortunately or unfortunately there are more than 7 couple celebrating Married Anniversary. Interior look is very attractive. Foods are really yummy. Various menu optional are available.

Was looking for a dinner place when we crossed this and decided to try.The overall theme is kinda a mixture of what weve already seen at many such places with cave type ceiling, trees, live music etc.For starters we had Dahi kebabs, pineapple panna, masala virgin mojito. Dahi kebabs were very well done, had a dominant flavour of cardamom, good ones but not one of the best Ive had. Pineapple panna was a different take on the normal aam panna and was okaish, and the same goes for masala virgin mojito as well.In the mains we had paneer lababdar, dal makhni, lacha parantha, mirchi parantha & butter roti. The paneer was very soft and the gravy was also very well made with tomatoes & onions in every bite. Dal makhni was a bit above average, tasted nice & had a very peculiar taste to it as they cook it overnight (thats what I was told upon asking).Desserts we had matka kulfi & gulkand kheer. Matka kulfi tasted just like any other stick kulfi taste were used to, and the gulkand kheer which I was very eager to try turned out to be kinda bland in taste.Service for the starters was very quick, but for the mains they took a lot of time to serve us. The prices are also normal.I would say one can try this place if youre looking for normal food that wont burn your pockets.

Very very poor service.Kids had to wait for 04 hours to get food. Management very arrogant too. No value for your precious time. When I first entered I was fooled by its decoration, but on realty I feel it has lot of hygenic issues, considering the grass covered seatings. Also the service time is too long, very unprofessional, the interval between two servings is so large that, by the time next dish arrives, the digestion process of first serving is almost complete .WILL NEVER AGAIN VISIT THIS RESTAURANT OR WILL ADVICE ANYONE TO VISIT THIS RESTAURANT.

Food is tasty, ambience is awesome and live music, waah, but...Their service is so pathetic that all above good things cant compensate for it ans by the time you are half way through with the dinner, you will be frustrated and if you bright some guests, then extremely embarrassed too.

I would get ve three stars to this ...even they put good effort in making a family ambience and live singer presentation......but really poor hygiene....floor was all sticky , the mata were sticy, food servoce was really slow.... appetizers were good but main couse breqd were over cooked and malai cahp was salty and poorly cooked......hope this review will set good expectations for next customer and maybe management will put more effort in hygiene and cleanliness.

Yesterday I had dinner with my family I want to share feedback after dinner. This restaurant is very expensive we paid 1214 rupees, 420 for 14 tawa rotis. Paneer butter masala 295 it was average, mix veg raita 175 even no taste in raita, green salad 95 rupees ver small plate, 2gulab jamun 85 it was too bad, 1 keinly water bottle 35 rupees, CGST-27 and SGST-27=1214 rupees. They are just looted with bad service, we generally visit to Hariom rasio this is far better than this restaurant with same dishes almost. Really it was very bad experience here. Please avoid this restaurant if you dont want to spend your hard money.

There is live music and as we went on our anniversary, they made it a candle light dinner for us. The interiors are very nice. You get north indian and Chinese here. We trued tandoori sizzler and it was very good. Main course was also good. Visit this place for a nice evening.

This hotel is not good at all because their rates are 3 times higher than the rest of the hotels.The cake which is out of 150 rupees, here it is Rs 375.
