Over hyped and over priced. Hotel doesnt even provide u with hot water post 10 am. The worst is thats the first thing that I was told during check-in. Food is crazy expensive and just not worth it. Good for Summer time avoid during 🥶 winters if u need to take hot water shower. Rooms were clean though

Poor wifi speed 450 kbps, very small rooms, require to place your card to use the elevator, horrible checkin process, horrible food, home food is better in taste... No qualities of a 4 star..misbehaving staff... An oyo room provides better service compare to lemon tree.

The check in took a lot of time and the place where the sofas are placed at the reception you get direct sunlight and the ac isnt functioning properly. It was a torture to wait until check in.The room was good with a bath tub as I wanted, thanks to the lady at front desk.Even on a sunny day, the signals were not there to watch TV.Good of them to employ people with partial dissabilities.Overall the experience was OK. There was no iron, slippers, dental kit available.

Clean and hygiene maintained. however the location is in the outer sides of the city. view from the window is awesome.

I really liked it. Was really clean and elevators made life easier as it was difficult for senior citizens to go upstairs and difficult for us to come downstairs after all dancing in heels😄. DJ was awesome too. The food was really good, though being a foodie in America, I thought it could be better. Plus the feras were outside and we had to find staff to put some chairs and give water constantly. So a less star. I will rate it 3.5

Was made to wait for an hour to get the room which was pre-booked at 1am at night.Wrong type of room (preferred room book was different) was provided even after that.Zero support from the staff, the senior manager on duty tried to put it on his junior though he was at fault.We had pre-booked two room added one more on the spot. To compulsate us for the waiting time they told us they are giving us an upgrade room, but more money was charged from our friend who booked on the spot so kind of fooled us as we did got to knw the traffic charged for the third room later.Nobody helped us with the baggages on check in and check out even after multiple requests.Since it was late night and our rooms were pre-booked so we had no choices. But for future would not like to recommend also anyone to book this place.

Very Bad Food Quality..Room size and location is not Good.

The Experience was very very bad. Behaviour was very bad. Overall service was very bad. I am not coming this hotel never ever and dont even recommend anyone else. Room charges was high. Everthing is chargeable (slippers, bath kit, water bottles etc).

It was my sisters wedding and they ruined a very auspicious occassion. Very unprofessional staff. Staff was so rude that they even shouted on us and behaved as if they are giving us a favor. Is that what hospitality means? Kept on stopping AC thoughout wedding. Even created trouble in check in for our rooms.

Breakfast and dinner is not up to mark as per 4star property, very rare things available in food. I have a so so experience, staff is not cooperative.. Staff start questioning while asking for kettle change as it was dirty inside. No play area for kids

Don’t stay here if you are planning to stay here with family.Worst experience ever.I had stayed with my family, they don’t carry your luggage i had to carried my 8 bags myself.We had to come gurgaon for medical treatment in gurgaon so we wanted to eat our homemade food , i asked them empty plates and bowls but they said it’s chargeable with taxes, i asked slippers they said it’s 50 INR chargeable, i asked for ice cubes it was also chargeable with taxes. Pillows were too dirty with blood stains.bedsheet was also used by some previous guests too much hair was on bed-sheets.It’s my one of the worst experience ever.

Very disappointing experience. when i checked in the room was full of mosquitoes. and a couple of spiders too. the bed linens had stains. there was only one glass to drink water so when I tried to call housekeeping I found out that the intercom doesnt work. I call the hotel reception from my own phone to ask to be connected to housekeeping, only to find out that the extra glass I needed was chargeable. when I ordered food it came with a dead cockroach in it! the hotel staff apologised and changed my food. overall the worst experience Ive ever had.

One funny thing, I could hear the voices of my adjacent rooms. For instance, a person was singing while taking bath and another one was watching movie and the ringtone of the phone.One good thing, they were in compliance with all the COVID-19 related guidance.

Hotel is good but entry gate security guards is not well behaved. If someone is going there who dont know speak english.The guard was showing an attitude that I feel he is an Englishmans son and he dont know about his primary language Hindi.

Poor management, the hotel is runnin low on staff due to covid yet lack of coordination amongst staff. Security guard is extremely rude.Housekeeing staff is too lazy to work.Very limited menu for room service .

Basic business hotel. The location is not ideal for regular people as its in an area where there isnt much going on. The rooms are basic but clean with the essential amenities. Breakfast buffet was ok. One good thing is they employ deaf-mute staff which is a great initiative. Hot water in the bathroom is only until 11 AM in the morning which is strange. Hotel staff is ok too. All in all, an average experience.

Rooms are neat. All the basic amenities were present. Gym is closed due to pandemic.Room with Bathtub for 2500 nett was amazing. Buffet Breakfast is average with limited options.

Located in Sec-60, a secluded region. But the hotel offer quality room with a great view of Aravali range in the backdrop. The rooms on higher Floor are worth the money investing. Room offers basic amenities and facilities. The rooms have Coffee maker with packet of coffee and tea. A minibar, 32 TV, Wardrobe without Bathrobe and kitchen supplies. Overall satisfactory.

Over all Property is nice and great air circulation.Good view from roomIt has two building one of lemon tree and other of red fox. Red fox is a subsidiary of lemon tree hotels.the another or third building is convention centre.The convention centre has a great entrance with a grand entrance to first floor.The toilets are clean and well maintained.The ration to space of hall , i.e the capacity of hall to capacity of dining is not in proportion.When the entire hall is in for dining it is ver congested. .We had an event for two days , the chairs used were of inferior quality that it lead to a complete back pain for most of us.Such a big brand and using chairs without comfort is like degrading themselvesRest overall is okey

Nice hotel location is calm . good food served at restaurant. one good thing about the hotel is their employees. you will live there approach which is very calm and relaxed but the greatest thing is, not to dishearten.
