This place is situated in the heart of Gurgaon They have a great selection of all genres of books. Also, some really impressive coffee table books. Stationery and their pen collection is quite good too. They have some high end fountain pen brands as well. This is one store that still makes you want to physically go to a book store, and not just order things online. I hope the internet does not consume them as well.

This is the only crossword in entire Gurugram and, fortunately it is located in DLF hub where parking is no problem. Charges for parking are rs.50. The shop is conveniently located in the left side lobby of DLF hub and can be easily sighted near the north side exit. The books are neatly arranged in shelves as per categories, and the staff is well uniformed and well mannered. We purchased a couple of books and there is no discount or any scheme going at any time of the year. They also do not offer bags for the books so if you are planning to buy several of them, its better to carry bag from home. Besides books, crossword also sells lots of merchandise like key chains, electronic items, USB based items. Crossword has so many books one may like, pertaining to all genres. Not just books but also craft items and paints along with your for kids. I could also spot laptop bags and small compact bags. The shop is located just at the entry of Cyber Hub and has many items to gift as well. Its a good place for readers and those who like stationery. Many imported stationery items are available. 4 on 5 because everything is good, however the prices are a little too high for a conscious buyer. It was great to spend time there.

Crossword is a prominent book shop across the Country but its Cyber Hub centre is far ahead in terms of collection of books in English as well as Hindi. Novels to Literatures everything is here. Also it sells stationeries, bags etc.

Good collection of books but for some reason ac wasnt working or was closed a bit earlier because it was about to close. Customer service could have been better - although they helped search for books but for some reason said books not available even when we ended up finding the book on shelf. Same with membership which was not offered until we explicitly asked. Assuming this experience was because of it being closing time, will try again expecting better service!

This is a nice place to buy books of different kinds. Stationary and gift items are also available.The staff needs to be more knowledgeable, trained and courteous. Its location is good especially for the corporate bibliophiles.

Good place for book lovers. This is only a retailer so you dont really get any space to read or even preview peacefully obviously. The elaborate collection is well organised and the staff is helpful. With the proximity of so many eating joints, you can get a book from here and spend some alone time reading.

Finest books of all types are available. Staff is awesome and great. There should be more stock of great authors and their incredible books. Packaging way of respecting the customer is quite marvelous.

Familiar bookshop at a prime location ! However, the small shop has tried to stock too much stuff to appeal to all kinds of clientele. You see more of toys and gadgets than books :-)

Contrary to other reviewers, I found that the collection in this branch is limited.The overall hygiene is weak, with books not logically displayed by category. There is also a pervasive body-odor smell, which made my visit less than pleasant.Note that this branch does not accept reactivation of Book Rewards accounts. For this, I was directed by the staff to the Saket branch.

This is a normal book shop in DLF cyber hub near subway.I went there and bought these three books.The reason of less rating is because of a saddened truth is that Indian stores only have English books, on the name of Hindi books they have only rhyming book and in language section they have only oxford dictionary which I find very offensive.
