Super pathetic service , they even dont pick call once they get the money . Once sales people visit you they tell you that installation will be done maximum in 48 hours , however that didnt happened and still its been 5 days i am waiting for jio team for installation. Worst part is everyday you get 4-5 notification from jio side for different time slot when installation will happen and for that you skip your other work and wait for installation engineer but they dont show up and after an hour another time slot is provided over message .The sales person gave me Mr Abhey number and he never picks calls . It seems completely irresponsible attitude . If there is category of giving negative rating i would have preferred that with such pathetic serviceEase get it checked at address 3rd floor , P-239, Sector 51 , Gurgaon

Most pathetic and unprofessional people out there. They would not even pic your phone once they have got your money. Only go for jio fiber if you want to go mental trauma.
