Worst service. Never buy policy with them , they cheat peoples, I buy a policy week back and same time they took 22k from me but I am still struggling with them for my car policy.Customer care is also not good ... they dont know anything. From last 4 days I am continually calling to customer care but they failed to reply anything. They dont bother about your money and you. Request people never buy policy from them

Wrost service of motor insurance claim department is irritated and irresponsible.please dont buy iffco tokio insurance.customer service responsive only register claim but not aware about surveyors and other department.very very very irritated service again request to Indian public please dont purchase any type of policy in iffco tokio.thank you

Never ever take this insurer policy!!Struggled to renew the policy for 10days.After that i got solution to visit branch.How can a person working in bangalore visits delhi only for renewing purpose.Tried online but failed with different bad errors on page.Atlast after 15 days, i got tired and went to other insurer.Have changed my insurer now.A bad experience for motor insurance.Worst service ever got!!Mailed them also with screenshot attached!!

Very Bad Service. I Experienced My motors Car Insurance Purchased From Iffco Tokio Website He Hurry to Sale Car Policy But Add on Cover is Not getting in my Policy He will not helpful.pls Dont buy the Policy from Iffco Tokio.Staff is Confused Has No Knowledge of Policies.
